Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesI tried to give it a chance since only needed to stay one night in town then back on the road. Checked the sheets and mattress and the bed was infested with bedbugs, big ones, large nests. I’m getting the chills even writing this. It was a hell no. Worker up front was very nice and started my refund process easy.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE NOT A HOTEL FOR ME OR FAMILY PURPOSES 😕 TRASHY DIRTY ROACHES DIRTY BEDDING WORST-CASE scenario I will never stay there ever again as long as I live on this earth that is a really bad Hotel it needs to be investigated and this is the first time it's hotel has been complained on it needs to upgrade and I need some type of government assistance or either tore down it's bug infested and the people do not even change the sheets on the beds and what makes it really bad is that they don't speak English when they around you and I think that's very rude because of the fact that you don't know what you're saying cuz they're speaking their language and that's not acceptable so basically you don't know what they're saying in front of you is not acceptable I will not go in there anymore every life and I give it a zero not even a one!!!!
Horrible experience roaches and dirty the bedding was old like maybe a decade old then they try to change my room which they did because they wanted to save money because I ordered it on booking.com and I made a mistake and got two queen beds and buy me just being me staying there at that hotel and Motel 6 in Fairfield they decided to change my room two times making it very inconvenient for me I didn't have a microwave or refrigerator and when I got there the best sheets at orange spots on the red sheets like no one didn't even change the bed until I call the operator management and they changed the bed but the bed was so bad that I could feel the box springs on my back and my back is hurting and my neck is hurting today right now as we speak I'm less fortunate meaning homeless and the room that I got was very unacceptable and I will not stay there again ever in life they need some type of audit or anyone that does Hotel inspections cuz this hotel needs to be tore down and redid and that's my feeling about it I had a really bad experience this is the the first time but will be the last 😡💯
