Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesWe had to used same towels because every time we went to office they would say laundry or idk what was closed. If this is a 24hr hotel you would expect to get clean towels daily at least since no room cleaning its done on a daily. That was really annoying.
Love how they were able to accommodate our big family to stay in close by rooms. I've stay there many times and they're always really nice

No one come to room to clean, they are still follow Covid restriction. Pool is not heated. Room is smaller than standard. Small fridge and micro wave are extra charge.

United StatesThe TV was so dark couldn't see the movies, the bed was to small it lifted from the feet also couldn't turn off the ac so we disconnected it, when we got there to get the room one of the lady was rude to my husband also they have a dog park, when I went to walk my dogs I was upset that people are so gross and they don't pick up after their dogs poop, so I couldn't let go of my dogs and play cause it was full of it and smelled too pisses me off cause of disgusting people they mess it up for everyone else.
