The TV didn't work, the ventilation in the bathroom didn't work neither did the heat lamps and no hair dryer. The room was very humid and damp feeling.

No shampoo. I asked the staff but he said Motel 6 nationwide doesn’t have to provide shampoo and conditioner. I will bring them next time. Also, no continental breakfast which was provided before Motel 6 took the ownership. I needed to wait for coffee until 7am. I wish it started earlier.

Clean, spacious and quiet. Good location for us. Reasonable price. Coffee at the lobby. Outside gets much cleaner than before.

Shower water pressure can be better. The receptionist lady would better be more friendly.

It was our second time staying this motel because its location is close to our son's place. It is old but clean comfortable and quiet room. We left very early, so we got some cinnamon roll and min-muffin in plastic package at check-in. There was a little coffee maker in our room this time (Last time we stayed, there was no coffee machine in the room though.)

The bathroom was clean, but smelled like feces? For the price, I feel like the checkout time could've been a little later. The deposit was double what it was online, even through my first bank statement. So it was a bit questionable, but I got it back.

There were no complications with the deposit being returned. Also, since I booked online, even though it was late, I had absolutely no problem getting a room.

There was information in the room that specified coffee and continental breakfast in the office starting at 7 every day, but the door to the office was often locked then and we felt unwelcome to disturb the man in the office take any of the food. The woman who helped us register was very helpful, but the man who was there most of the time was not very friendly and was always in a hurry and short with us until the morning we left.

The location of this motel was excellent with easy access to I205. It was safe and the property was in good shape. The room was clean and had everything we needed.

There are so many homeless tents behind of the facility, which is not the motel's fault. The receptionists were not friendly but they did their job. The continental breakfast was late about 30 minutes.

Great value. One of the cheapest choice. Old but clean. There was everything I needed for simple stay. I didn't expected breakfast, but there were bagel, cream cheese, mini muffin, small cinnamon roll, coffee and orange juice in the office, which was convenience. There are Walmart, Starbucks, Subway, and many restaurants around.

staff! Husband and I forgot to add enough money to our bank account and it was late and we didn't want to go back to thr bank. The gentleman at the front desk I didn't think was going to assist us without having to go back to the ATM but he didn't make us do that he just accepted a cash deposit and that was the nicest thing he could have done we had a really bad day and he was wonderful!

The location was not good. A lot of homeless people sitting around which made my mom and I nervous to go out to get food. Plus we worried about our vehicles. There were a lot of sirens throughout the night.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. I had car problems and had to have my car towed and they were very nice about it. They did everything to make sure our stay was good.

The management is not very friendly at all. Thr house keepers were awesome, but the mangers were not.

The ground outside had trash in the bushes and chipped concrete making walking difficult. It was in a noisy neighborhood.

The room was spotless and comfortable. The tub had grab bars for safety and a good shower. Everything was in good working order.

There was a few factors which need to be mention about this hotel, room was Ok but a bit smell and Car parking area was not comfortable as there was a lots of homeless around we does not feel comfortable parking the car, we have been warn by Hotel manager to not leave anything inside of the car. but all other things was Ok and pretty good. Nice hotel manager :)

I didn't like that I did not get my deposit back especially because I cleaned up so well afterAnd made sure that I didn't damage or break or leave anything behind

There was hair in the shower that wasn't mine, and the cleaning crew banged on my door two mornings in a row to ask if I was staying or leaving in spite of there being a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door.

Service at the front desk was easy and pleasant, room was comfortable.
