1) The staff was OK but not very pleasant. If I took their reception into account when considering becoming a member, I would probably decline. 2) The bedroom could use a chair. The only options for sitting upright with back support was the bed (and the headboard was a canvas piece of art) and the sofa. 3) The sofa needs a deep clean, and it had a hole in it. 4) I like the idea of security, but I think this property took security overboard. I've never been to a hotel that kept its doors locked 24/7. At night? I get it, but during the day? When you also need a card swipe to take the elevator up to the room? Overkill and inconvenient to me. Plus, my key card timed out before check-out time. Not only could I not enter my room or building entrance, I couldn't even get into the main entrance without assistance to ask what the problem was. 5) This facility is not very kid/ family friendly (or at least our room wasn't). 6) The water operated on scalding hot or very hot until you let the water run for several minutes. This is OK if you're not in a rush or don't mind being burned.

Loud bathroom fans, small bed(need king sized bed) need full length mirror so we can see how good we look!!

We loved everything, starting with our check in with Danielle. She was so excited to help us get started with our New Orleans French Quarter trip! Very informative and kind. Being next to an elevator , I was a little nervous but no issues with noise at all. We will be back soon!!

Parking wasn't convenient. The hot water situation was terrible. Apparently the water heaters have been repositioned in the building. This required us to turn on the faucets and run the water about 15 minutes in order for the hot water to reach the room.

Great location. Nice size room. Within walking distance of the places we wanted to see.

Some noise between 3 and 5 am, coming from the delivery trucks working on the street next to the bedroom.

We were in room 401. There's a door right next to it, I think continuing down the hall, and it slams shut SO LOUDLY every single time anyone uses it. One of us was sleeping on the couch during our stay and it was impossible to sleep peacefully most nights, or even remotely into the morning, and anytime we went to relax during the day or evening, it was almost nonstop slamming. It was SO INCREDIBLY LOUD!! I would advise maybe adding a slow-shut feature or something because it really was disturbing and quite frustrating at times. Also, maybe adding some brighter lighting, at least in the kitchen area, would be helpful. The light bulb was so dim, it barely helped us see. There was also a cockroach in our room Saturday night. I know they are everywhere in NOLA, but I just wanted to let you know in case it became a problem!

The staff was incredible!! Super friendly and helpful. We loved every single person we interacted with. The room decor was unique and artistic, and the outdoor patio was very cute. Having real plates and mugs to use in the room was a huge plus!

Using the shower caused a very loud sound akin to a firing squad. The room could be more soundproofed- we heard a lot happening in the hallway or the street. The decor was unique, but certainly on the eclectic side.

The staff were very kind, especially recognizing my upcoming birthday. They were gracious to accept when we were not interested in the timeshare program. The location was awesome for exploring the French Quarter.
