Smelling, bed cover was hard material and had so much noise that make you awake. There was no paper towel in the kitchen.

Bed sheets and pillows are not ironed and pillows are old ? May needs upgrades . Needs to put extra garbage bags to be used ? May need iron and hair dryer ?

didn’t know what to do with full trash bags key pad was dark so it was a bit challenging at night to see the numbers to put in the code

Don't get discourage by the outside landscape.

Host was always available and the house is very comfortable. Very close to Niagara Falls! Inside it was immaculate and very clean.

The apartment did not provide for body wash. When asked the property owner he mentioned that he stopped providing because of some allergy complaints.

The place slept 6 but only had dining seating for 4 and living room seating for about 3. It has a lovely porch but a couple of chairs outside would have been nice to sit in the evening. The backyard has a big hole in the fence, watch your pups.

Quiet neighborhood and clean home. It was pet friendly which is so important these days. Access to the house was easy with the key pad. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place in Niagara Falls.

We arrived after dark. There were no house numbers so it was difficult to be certain that we were at the right place.The house was not lit up so we couldn't see well to open the combination lock. The lawn was unmowed and the landscaping unkempt. And the neighborhood was sketchy, with many boarded up houses on our way from the falls. Once we were able to enter the house, it was adequate. The living room seating could use improvement.

Mold on walls and ceiling in the bathroom, located in a sketchy neighborhood. 1 bathroom and 3 bedrooms!? This house should be banned from Bookings. Com!!!!

The property was very misleading, and the ratings shocked me. The property was located in a very sketchy neighborhood. It is located beside a vacant lot. Lots of abandoned run down houses. The yard was not mowed and weeds were grown up on sidewalk. The house an old musty older and there was a sketchy door padlocked in kitchen stating not to enter/emergency exit. The refrigerator and freezer had food items in them.

We went out and when we came back we went to get showers and there was someone else’s hair all over the shower. I legitimately got in the shower and jumped right out because I was disgusted. Then we went to put our belongings in our room and in multiple of the beds there was blue hair and black hair and none of us even have that colored hair. It was apparent the bedding and bathroom weren’t clean and we were uncomfortable sleeping there. I reached out the night we left and still haven’t gotten an answer or even an apology all I’ve heard is that it’s an investigation? like what? I wanted to work this out before I left a bad review. I understand the place was non refundable- but completely unfair due to not even being able to stay bc of other humans hairs ALL OVER the bed. I mean all over. and to not even get an “I’m sorry let me come fix it” or an “im sorry but we are non refundable here’s a discount for your next stay” I wasn’t even acknowledged or cared about. I am normally not one to complain but WOW. just super rude. if I was acknowledged and respected this review wouldn’t of been posted.

Absolutely freezing inside upon entry. Thermostat set to 48 degrees in the home.

Clean and simple. Included WiFi was a generous touch.
