When I arrived they couldn’t find me booking so I got double charged and also one of the room o had reserved wasn’t available so that was upsetting

The handicapped shower had no safety handles. The bed wasn't made after the first night there. Clean towels were not offered.

I did not like that the rooms were not fully clean. I felt I had to disinfect everything. Towels look old and discolored. The sink was dirty. The counter needed to be wiped. The sheets need to be thrown away, and new ones gotten. My food didn't fit in the small fridge, and it was a plate with a lid. I was disappointed with the room overall. Because of the location, I thought, okay, this could be nice, but for the price, the room should've looked a lot cleaner than they do.

The rooms look like they do not wipe anything down. The sink was dirty and the toilet did not work in the first room I was given.

dirty common areas. breakfast was a joke. no juice, messy, only oatmeal or grits left. only whole milk. cereal and maybe the make your own waffle we’re the only things available to actually constitute breakfast. told the front desk about the juice coming out as only water… response was “ok”. nothing done after that. lazy employees at front desk

The hotel was under a renovation during my stay and a little bit of an eye sore. The elevator was dirty and bed wasn't very comfortable.

it was loud, I was on the 2nd floor and the people on the 3rd floor were making a lot of noise and possibly had kids running and jumping all over the ceiling. there were people in the hallway trying to sell drugs to people and people actively drinking in the hallways just sitting around . my shower had hair all in it and the fridge didn’t work

The walls are paper thin. Worse though, the room wasn’t clean. Floors were dirty and there were what looked like blood stains on the comforter and spots on the sheets. Also, a big piece of metal on bed sticking out perfect height to bruise a shin on.

The bed was comfortable and slept fine.

Breakfast was not stocked, no coffee, juice machine broke, elevator was very dirty. For what I paid it was OK. People outside begging for food and the cops were there when we arrived. Asked for 100.00 deposit that I didn't know about. Still waiting on that refund.

Room definitely wasn't the. Cleanest, I definitely killed a brown roach, I had to clean the shower myself. I was only ther for place to sleep because myself and children are moving and needed a room a few days. So for that purpose it was fine but any other time definitely no. I mean I didn't expect 4 star at the price but at least a cleaner room. Also didn't like the fact I felt scolded by the General Manager when I had hair gel on the towel. I mean if your detergent can wash out hair gel than you need to use a better brand (it doesn't stain) like she said. She says she usually charges but not gonna charge me. I don't know what kinda ppl this hotel usually gets but my family isn't that. The remote didn't work to the TV, I had the batteries changed still didn't work and the lamp on the nightstand didn't come on as well. Definitely would not stay here again

Manager on Friday was very Friendly, but disappointed in the staff over the weekend They weren't real helpful. Had a hard time communicating with them. And it seemed like they were never around when you needed something or were sitting outside if you needed them

the room was not cleaned our entire stay. if this is a Covid restriction I understand, but we only had 2 towels for 3 nights. no way to contact front desk except going down there. the floor we were on was noisy all night and it sounded like they were fighting in the room next to us.
