The air conditioning in the room could have been stronger, it really wasn't very cool. No matter what we did, it was just barely there. The pillows were very lumpy also. None of this took away from the most amazing time we had though.

The staff was exceptional! Everyone was so nice. It was the perfect location in the heart of town. The facilities ( the pool, hot tub, and beachfront lounges) were absolutely perfect. My favorite was the umbrella and chair set up service! That was the best!! :-)

Tv is on the way out. Kept getting dark and then light.

It could have been bigger and I personally didn't like the shower.

I loved the beach view it was so relaxing. It was super nice that they had indoor and outdoor pools. The bed and couch was really comfy.

The screen door didn't have a locking mechanism room 233. that makes it nerve wracking in the evening when I wanted the leave the screen open to listening to the sounds of the ocean. Also there was NO avenue to rent a movie.

I absolutely loved the ocean view with a balcony. The hotel's location was perfect in walking distance to the stores and restaurants. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. It is so nice to have an indoor pool and especially a hot tub, the staff was very attentive to wiping down all the surfaces in the pool area which was very nice. It was also so convienant to have chaise chairs on the deck and umbrella's and chairs for the beach! Thank you so much for a great stay!

Excellent location and comfortable accommodation.

The room was clean and comfortable. Having a coffeemaker, microwave, sink and refrigerator was very helpful; I wish all hotels had this setup. The front desk and pool staff were very friendly and accommodating. What made this experience stellar was the hotel’s location and proximity to the ocean. Having an ocean facing room with a balcony made this a truly unforgettable first-time experience. We spent hours exploring the beach, walked to Ditch Planes along the shoreline and back, and hours listening to the surf and breathing in crystal clean ocean air. Both nights, I watched the sun set from our balcony. Can’t wait to go back!

The pool is open from 10am to 5pm. In the non beach season this is very inconvenient. If it was 7am to 5pm, or 10am to 9pm. That would be very reasonable. I wanted to go for a swim in the morning before breakfast, after breakfast it is hard to swim, or go to the pool and sit in the jacuzzi before going to bed.

We wish the pool was open later than 6 o’clock. 8 or 9 would be perfect.

I have been coming here Mothers day weekend for the last 5 years. It is wonderful ! The indoor pool is a bonus. The location is walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The hotel is on the ocean and the views exceptional.

Mother nature. Lol it rained alot . May showers bring june flowers lol.

The staff is super friendly. The manager is the best. Made sure i was comfy throughout my stay. Loved it so much i booked until ghe 17 of may. The front desk girls are the best also. I wish all hotels were sowarminh and helpful to their guest the way it is here. The power went out and the staff had the power back up im a hour. Hat off to all the staff. Cleaning ladies house keeping were the best also.
