the rooms were nice, however the restaurant was phenomenal!! We had some of the best food we ever had in our lives there and to top it off we had a great view at sunset!

There is no food to actively grab and eat past 9am. We arrived after 9pm hungry after driving hours and there were no options besides what you can get from a gas station.

Location was nice and easy to find. It is also close to a cute nearby tourist town.

I love the pool, hot tub, and sauna which is across the street from the rooms. Great setting to watch the sunset. Plenty of parking. Great staff and fast check in/out.

there were comparable rooms empty around me but further from the road, it would have been nice to put me in one of those instead

my room was a little too close to the road. the floor was very slanted, a little disconcerting. otherwise very very nice! the cozy fireplace was a nice surprise.

The room was a bit tired. The TV was too small for the size of the room. It took 6 hours to bring the room up to a decent temperature where we could take off our down coats. Baseboard heat was dry and slow to keep up with the extreme cold weather even after closing the drapes. Narrow stairs down to the basement room were difficult to manage.

The location is great. The food at the restaurant is amazing. The grounds are well maintained. The office had great folks working the front desk. Proximity to the beach and shopping at Sea Brook. The view from the property was amazing.

I thought my room was rather run down. The door was peeling at the bottom and the entire room looked like it could use an update.

We were in what was described as a queen suite. It was small and had no view and no ambiance. Not a suite.

The standard room is very basic and not at all to be remembered.

Close to beach, nice spa area and good restaurant. The stairway to the beach helps a lot! Coffee maker in the room

The steps to the beach could use lights for coming back at night! It would also make a beautiful view for dining after dark.

I loved the view from the restaurant and the steps to the beach have easy perfect access! The hotel was kept really clean and for an older place I was impressed by the updates.

Our studio cabin was cozy, but old. Next time we will likely opt to stay in renovated suites, which are slightly more expensive.

Incredible location with short stairs to the ocean beach. Loved the restaurant on site serving local delicacies and the large pool, sauna, and hot tub. Our 3 kids had a blast in the pool and on the vast ocean beach. I enjoyed a massage too.

Our room was ok. There was a used personal lubricant wrapper left behind our toilet. It was really unsettling and kind of gross. There were also cleaning rags left on the shelf above the closet. I also wish the curtains were blackout curtains since the area is well lit all night. And with the foot traffic right outside our windows, we never really felt private.

I liked the location and the beach access.

There was no AC in the room. It was cool enough to leave the sliding door open.

The room was huge with a deck with an ocean view, even though we didn't "face" the ocean. The stairs to the beach are awesome.

The 2 bedroom suite is very old and has no ocean view. One room has a small window and the other room had no windows.

They have an amazing stairway to get down to the beach. The pool (located across the street) was good size and nice and quiet. They also have a common yard area with a fire pit and views of the ocean

The standard queen units need some TLC. Would have traded the Keurig machine for a small oscillating fan.

Clean linen. Comfy bed. Clean bathroom. Great shower water pressure.
