Wasn't informed of the deposit up front. It was fine and the money went back on my card after we checked out but, he said the bill was $75 more than booking.com said and once I asked why then he explained it was just a deposit. They had an odd, long list up of all the forms (of legal payment) they don't accept. Glad I had a visa credit card

Room was nice with mini-fridge and microwave. Breakfast was excellent. More than I expected. Bathroom was nice offset. Tv channels were good with good size TV. Nice king sized rooms.

The satellite services were different between the suite/living room and the bedroom. I asked for daily room cleaning but I would never know which (or how many) washcloths and so forth I would end up with for the next day. I would have liked the suite layout better if there was more room in the bathroom and sink area.

The value/pricing of the suites was excellent. Breakfasts were good and the front office staff were very good.

Shower door wasn't working right, door would only swing in towards inside of shower so not easy to turn on the water unless you got in the shower, which means getting cold water all over you. Breakfast was just okay.

mini fridge barely kept anything semi cold, the floors and pullout were dirty, the doors have to either be kept open or closed otherwise it would shut, call for extra towels took 5 hours and they are so incredibly thin

As with all airport hotels, there was some noise from the planes (especially in the morning). It also would have been great to have a shuttle.

Hotel was comfortable and very close to the airport (convenient when we arrived late at night). Bed was comfortable and breakfast had a number of options.

The pool area was worn down and showing signs of abuse or vandalism from either guests or people sneaking into the pool area. The major disappointment was that the restrooms at the pool area were locked and not available to use. So if the need for a restroom visit is needed during using the pool the guests have to go into the hotel lobby area restrooms or back to their room.

We didn’t like the breakfast very much, underneath the sink in our room was dirty, the elevator needs to be fixed.

I liked that the property was not near the airport. I liked that their lobby was clean as well.

I didn't like that the bar kept saying it was going to be open and it wasn't. That was disappointing. And the ice machine on the 2nd floor never had ice but other than that, out stay was very good.

It was newer and clean. Bed was comfy. We liked the breakfast.

I didn’t like the fact that I had to to pay a second deposit when I wanted to stay longer.Breakfast could of been a little better. Maybe it was just that day. Plus the bathroom could of been a little bit cleaner.

The one thing that I was VERY surprised to see when my wife and I returned to our room 2PM was that our room had not been serviced? Bed unmade and no clean towels? I called downstairs to inquire and the lady said we needed to ask them to make-up our room before 10am? I had NEVER heard of that before, though our traveling companion said that's common now. Must have missed that in all the fine print? There must be a reason the industry does that and I forgot to ask at checkout, but very strange to me? Again not a deal breaker, just learned something for next time?

It was a very nice variety of items to choose from. The first morning I ate breakfast you served bacon as the side protein. I have NEVER seen bacon as thin as that, and as a result, whoever cooked it must have blinked because about 95% was burnt and uneatable. The next morning you served sausage and it was very good, as were the eggs. Not a make or break deal, I get it. Everything else that was available looked very nice. There is not very much to look at around this facility, so didn't do much walking around. I've stayed at many Comfort Inns it is what it is, you are what you are? If I wanted fancy, it would have cost me more money.
