The bathroom wasn’t clean it was dirty, hair was in the tub and around the toilet. we ran out of toilet paper couldn’t open the door to the balcony, we heard someone trying to open up the extra door to the room.it was just uncomfortable needs to be cleaned more better.

It’s was a close to where we were going, the staff was friendly.

The hotel is a bit dated, could use some modern updates, for example no bottled water, small coffee pot, beds are really small.

The bathroom floor and tub was full of hair. Probably from a mop but still gross. The bill pillows were terrible but I expect that now a days. Otherwise it was a room.

The staff was great. For whatever reason the room I had reserved was unavailable but the gentleman at the desk got us into another room quickly.

Breakfast in a brown bag...yuck! I would have appreiciated a warm fresh breakfast. I had to have the toilet plunged twice. So I chose to walk to the front desk and use their toilet. The toilet did not get fixed during the three day stay.

The cleanliness of the hotel wasn’t great. The first room we got wasn’t cleaned whatsoever, the second room was better but not great. It seemed like it hadn’t been used in a while. There were dead bugs in the corners as well as cobwebs. There was hair all over the bathroom floor and on the fitted sheet. Also it looked like someone sneezed on the headboard.

The floor in the bathroom was dirty. The walls in shower were dirty too. I kept thinking what else was not clean. I could not sleep because ac is too noisy

The staff was a bit rude, I had the booking for Wednesday through Monday, my Flight got delayed until Thursday and the staff called and charged me a delayed check-in fee on top of the actual room fee.

The hotel is nice and clean; the room was larger then I expected for a budget hotel. The room also had a back patio entrance (ground floor) as well as an entrance via indoor hallway that made getting to the room a lot easier then navigating the hall. The hotel is only about 2 miles from the fairgrounds making it a quick drive.

The outside of the building and the area it’s in looks a little sketchy from the outside but the rooms were very nice.

First there was mold around the bathtub, and floor. This could be cleaned easily. Was noisy from anyone in hall. The TV had a fair to weak signal from stations. They did not change sheets or make bed for 4 days-only gave us new tiles. PC was good in office and the grounds were clean. My key did not work to get us into the "rooms" area of the facility. No elevator and only stairs and I had heavy luggage. A change of cleaning crew and things cold be much better. The free meal at the Chinese restaurant was "ok" but our waiter didn't know much english.

Not in the best area. Receptionist wouldn’t check to see if a room was available at 2pm. No breakfast! Why?

It was clean enough but tatty. Couldn’t check in till 4pm which is very late No breakfast due to covid which really should not be an issue now. First reception staff we encountered could not be bothered. The second was more helpful.

The room smelled like cigarettes, the hair dryer was broken, and I didn’t have a real shower.

I loved the location. Check In/Check Out was easy.
