The pillows were uncomfortable. When I booked it, the breakfast was included but when we got there it was a $10 charge per person. Only coffee or tea was included.

It was in a perfect location. The room was clean. Bed was comfortable.

The location was very accessible to public transportation and very to Universal Studios The room eas good enough for our stay, and the front desk staff were amazing, lead by Mina with Diana, Gustavo and Hilton, they were all very helpful.

I honestly had a great stay, however some things could use an update. And I also believe breakfast was not worth its price. It could definitely use some improvement there.

Rooms could use a little update. Some fixtures are a bit old. Depending on which part of the building your room is located in, it can get a bit noisy due to road traffic. Breakfast was pretty sad for its price.

This was the second stay, the first time Internet was working fine, this time there was no connection at all. Rooms are not soundproof, so it is a bit noisy due to the cars on the highway.

It is very clean, close to Universal's parks, shops and restaurants. The room was very spacious and comfy. I would definitely come back for another vacation.

We wanted to get the breakfast package because we couldn't use the breakfast due to an early flight. This is not possible in the hotel, instead we were sent to the supermarket next to the hotel with the explanation that there was a microwave in the room. There was a sign in the room saying that the air conditioning must be left on and not turned off due to humidity. (You can't turn off the air conditioning on the panel on the wall.) But you can't sleep in that kind of noise.

Excellent location, can walk to Universal (20 min.) Next to the hotel restaurants, KFC, Wallgreens. We did not use the breakfast because of the early flight. Room sufficient, clean. Excellent price compared to the location of the hotel.

Our room was close to the elevator that made a lot of noise. So each time other guests or personal went up and down we could hear it.

It’s very loud from the highway at night. It’s so loud I’ve never experienced something like that! So it disturbs your sleep. Better remember about your earplugs or may have a problem to fall asleep!

The hotel is very close to all parks. Clean, all necessary amenities were there. Easy access to parks by car. They also had a pool but it was a little bit too cold so we didn’t go.
