4 weeks on I cannot remember anything that I didn't like, met expectations for the price paid, restraurants within a short walk, plenty of parking space.Nothing that I can remember

Recent pay for parking have stayed a this particular site often. Wasn't aware of the change. And actually don't remember the incidental deposit before although could be wrong about that

We had to go back to the airport the next morning to collect a rental car. We were left at terminal A. The driver said he couldn't drop us off at terminal C, even though he made a stop to collect us at terminal C the previous day. This meant a very long trek through all the terminals for two people with limited mobility and no assistance until we checked in at terminal C.

The breakfast was more than we expected. It was a great start to the day.

The airport pick up was really difficult to arrange. The hotel only accept phone calls and has no email address. This cussed unnecessary stress after a long flight.

Perfect location near the airport for a stopover. Clean and comfortable.

There was a strange smell in our room. Not sure what it was. Very off putting. If we hadn't checked in so late, we might have requested another room.

They offer shuttle from airport however at the time I arrived it was not available

All good, short stay.

Late (2am) arrival, and all went 'well'. They initially said we would be Marked 'no show' but when I called the front desk they were able to check us in. At that moment. They were very accommodating for suction a difficulty cause by the airline. Great room, good breakfast and shuttle back to airport perfect

I would have liked the hotel to have more food options.

The room we had was very nice and newly refurbished. We left too early in the morning to take advantage of breakfast. The location is wonderful if you have a car, but quite a walk to nearby eateries.

The pool and hot tub need some TLC, they worked, just need some sprucing up

The location was convenient to Orlando Airport. Clean, there are improvements to the property that are ongoing. We had an issue with the AC in our original room. Geoffrey and Gabriella did their best to fix the room, when they couldn’t they easily transitioned us to a room with good AC.

The breakfast was horrible. We only had eggs biscuits and cereal. There was no fruit no meat no waffles it was just not what I expected. The room smell musty but heck I was only gonna be their one night so I felt with it. Could have been better

The breakfast was on the very low end of hotel breakfast areas. The few empty tables were dirty and I got a cloth and wiped one off. Then there was not coffee. The AC unit was quite noisy.

The size of the room was nice. Having a separate sitting area. Location was nice as well as it was close to shopping and many restauarants. The shuttle driver was very informative as he pointed out a lot of places on the way.

My room ( two different rooms on two different nights) spelt so strongly of chemicals. At first I thought it was the Chlorine cause we were on the poolside but the other night we stay in the front of the hotel. Almost smelled like a mix of chlorine and RAID. It was nauseating. Also some how the staff got my cousins wife’s info ( we have the same name) and was contacting her about her stay. Which is weird since I booked the room with all of my information. So that was an added headache.

Breakfast was minimal, the room was adequate but nothing special. The renovation was still happening and very in your face. Our room had been renovated but felt cheap and dingy.

Staff at Reception / on the phone perhaps need some training. We had to wait for the shuttle when we called from Terminal A to be picked up - we were told it would be 15 mins but it was 40 minutes (it was clear that when it did turn up it was primarily to collect arriving passengers who'd pre-booked) - we had returned our rental car rather than arriving by plane, so were on our own waiting. It wasn't the driver's fault - we should have been told by the person we spoke to that it would be 40 mins, which they must have known, then we could have relaxed a bit instead of continuously scanning every shuttle bus pulling into the pick-up zone to see if it was ours. We asked Reception for a very early wake-up call in the morning, but we didn't get it. This service is crucial if you're catching a plane! Breakfast one of the worst ever encountered in our travels – some cereals & juice, but only cooked-offer was scrambled egg (which didn’t taste like ‘real’ egg), some decent hash browns, and also biscuits/gravy which we didn’t try; only fruit was oranges; no yoghurts or cheese/ham, and the only bread available was small white slices, no rolls; no pastry goods whatsoever; Toaster was above average (as long as no-one changed the setting from ‘4’!). Plastic knives and forks were awful – knife felt like it would break very easily - and there were only ‘dish-type’ plastic ‘bowls’ instead of plates – which made it near-impossible to butter a slice of toast with the silly little plastic knife (miniscule packets of butter, and there was only one variety of preserve). Expected to clear your own table of all the plastic items which then get thrown away, so not very ‘green’, and tables not wiped very frequently.

Staff were efficient on check-in and check-out Shuttle drivers were excellent Pool was a nice area to sit in although the pool itself was very cold (early April) Convenient for airport - we used it at the start and end of a short trip - but this does mean some airplane noise (much worse in the 5th floor room than in the ground floor room a couple of days before). Some good restaurants within 10-15 mins easy walk.

They don't have shampoo, only conditioner. It's very weird, but it was my last night before flying home so I had to use soap on my hair.

It has a shuttle that takes you to the airport with no extra charge. They transportation to Universal Studios was free.

Just the limited breakfast options. Otherwise it was quiet, accommodating and clean.

This is the only shortcoming. The breakfast wasn’t great. There were no meat options and no pancakes or waffles which are found at most other hotels that offer breakfast.

The room was not super clean and out dated - there was no soap in the bathroom but when I went to the front desk they did supply it.

Staff was very helpful and pleasant. In the morning the shuttle driver did not show up so they provided us with a LYFT to the airport.
