Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

IrelandWe had to go back to the airport the next morning to collect a rental car. We were left at terminal A. The driver said he couldn't drop us off at terminal C, even though he made a stop to collect us at terminal C the previous day. This meant a very long trek through all the terminals for two people with limited mobility and no assistance until we checked in at terminal C.
The breakfast was more than we expected. It was a great start to the day.

Late (2am) arrival, and all went 'well'. They initially said we would be Marked 'no show' but when I called the front desk they were able to check us in. At that moment. They were very accommodating for suction a difficulty cause by the airline. Great room, good breakfast and shuttle back to airport perfect

The room we had was very nice and newly refurbished. We left too early in the morning to take advantage of breakfast. The location is wonderful if you have a car, but quite a walk to nearby eateries.

The location was convenient to Orlando Airport. Clean, there are improvements to the property that are ongoing. We had an issue with the AC in our original room. Geoffrey and Gabriella did their best to fix the room, when they couldn’t they easily transitioned us to a room with good AC.

United StatesThe breakfast was on the very low end of hotel breakfast areas. The few empty tables were dirty and I got a cloth and wiped one off. Then there was not coffee. The AC unit was quite noisy.
The size of the room was nice. Having a separate sitting area. Location was nice as well as it was close to shopping and many restauarants. The shuttle driver was very informative as he pointed out a lot of places on the way.

United StatesMy room ( two different rooms on two different nights) spelt so strongly of chemicals. At first I thought it was the Chlorine cause we were on the poolside but the other night we stay in the front of the hotel. Almost smelled like a mix of chlorine and RAID. It was nauseating. Also some how the staff got my cousins wife’s info ( we have the same name) and was contacting her about her stay. Which is weird since I booked the room with all of my information. So that was an added headache.

United KingdomStaff at Reception / on the phone perhaps need some training. We had to wait for the shuttle when we called from Terminal A to be picked up - we were told it would be 15 mins but it was 40 minutes (it was clear that when it did turn up it was primarily to collect arriving passengers who'd pre-booked) - we had returned our rental car rather than arriving by plane, so were on our own waiting. It wasn't the driver's fault - we should have been told by the person we spoke to that it would be 40 mins, which they must have known, then we could have relaxed a bit instead of continuously scanning every shuttle bus pulling into the pick-up zone to see if it was ours. We asked Reception for a very early wake-up call in the morning, but we didn't get it. This service is crucial if you're catching a plane! Breakfast one of the worst ever encountered in our travels – some cereals & juice, but only cooked-offer was scrambled egg (which didn’t taste like ‘real’ egg), some decent hash browns, and also biscuits/gravy which we didn’t try; only fruit was oranges; no yoghurts or cheese/ham, and the only bread available was small white slices, no rolls; no pastry goods whatsoever; Toaster was above average (as long as no-one changed the setting from ‘4’!). Plastic knives and forks were awful – knife felt like it would break very easily - and there were only ‘dish-type’ plastic ‘bowls’ instead of plates – which made it near-impossible to butter a slice of toast with the silly little plastic knife (miniscule packets of butter, and there was only one variety of preserve). Expected to clear your own table of all the plastic items which then get thrown away, so not very ‘green’, and tables not wiped very frequently.
Staff were efficient on check-in and check-out Shuttle drivers were excellent Pool was a nice area to sit in although the pool itself was very cold (early April) Convenient for airport - we used it at the start and end of a short trip - but this does mean some airplane noise (much worse in the 5th floor room than in the ground floor room a couple of days before). Some good restaurants within 10-15 mins easy walk.

It has a shuttle that takes you to the airport with no extra charge. They transportation to Universal Studios was free.

United StatesThe room was not super clean and out dated - there was no soap in the bathroom but when I went to the front desk they did supply it.
Staff was very helpful and pleasant. In the morning the shuttle driver did not show up so they provided us with a LYFT to the airport.
