The hotel really needs refurbishing and a good deep clean. It has a tired, 70s feel to it, and little things like dirty corners and light switches, and paint peeling in the bathtub were a bit off putting.

The standout was the location - the cliffs and watching the sunset over the ocean was magical. We also saw a huge number of manta rays feeding after dark which was very special! The staff are also lovely.

Great place to stay with family. Karen at reception was very helpful at check-in and explained various options helpful to us. They have Manta Ray watch deck which is amazing. We could see the Rays from deck. Yuki at concierge desk helped me to book Manta Ray snorkel tour, which is just 7 minutes walk from property. Karen at reception helped us to book Fire and Feast Luau at the property, which happens on Monday & Thursday. They have offered $20 per person breakfast & early evening snacks & drinks per day. This property right next to Pacific ocean with nice walkway, garden with hammocks, beach chairs. Has many activities like, yoga, lei making, fitness classes, etc., which are included in $30 daily resort fee. They give cards for free beach towels.

The rooms and the resort itself is very outdated, making if feel not clean. Our bathroom had to have been straight from the 70s and I don’t think the room and building have been update since. we were very frustrated because we asked multiple employees if there was poolside service and basically all of them said no, but when we went to order from the poolside bar and request it to be delivered to our pool chair, they said we had to order from the poolside server. we had set outside for 4 hours and not a single server came to us. the resort is not located next to any restaurants or shopping facilities so you are stuck eating only what the resort offers (which is subpar food for high prices). they asked me to throw away my “outside drink” when sitting by the pool, but I had bought it at the resort market. overall, our stay was disappointing and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Manta ray observation deck is nice, but I could not get a good view of manta rays at night. It was not a big deal for us though. Hotel exterior is a little outdated and could use some reno. Apart from the hotel restaurant, most restaurants require a 15 min drive in the evening.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The resort has beautiful landscape, the view of the ocean is amazing. It is clean and well-maintained, staff were very friendly and accommodating. pools, hot tub and restaurant were above expectations. We received gifts on arrival which was a pleasant surprise. Tours are available a short walk from the resort. Room was good overall. Safe was out of batteries, but security came and fixed it on request.

Room smelt very must, fridge was moldy, ac didn't work so room was warm(room stayed at 73) and we went to see the mana rays but you had the entire location closed off for an event. (should at least leave the seats open for clients of the hotel). I went with a migraine and just wanted to take a nap and couldn't because of the smell and temp of room. We left before 5 hours even were up. So about $100 an hr. Also dont like the $25 a day for parking when you are paying so much a night to stay, parking should be included, fees should be charged for non staying guests.

Our flight was delayed so we stayed at last minute. Location and hotel were beautiful. Staff was very nice.

Food was mediocre. Restaurant, bar, pool slide etc ....Everything closed early. Hard to find food after 9 pm. The hotel is rundown. The bed was old and sagging. The shower was not hot.

I was supposed to get the room rate as a kamaina which would of saved me alot of money. When I checked out I almost fainted at the bill there was nothing they could do about it but booking.com could but hasn't. Very dissatisfied and angry customer
