Some of the facilities are a little dated, though they seem to be getting updated more every time we stay.

Most of the staff are incredible here. Location is great, rooms are good for the price and the ube-coladas at the bar are amazing.

Sometimes we had to wait for a bit to get an elevator because we were there during the busy season (NYE). Also, our room was next to the ice maker and people seemed to need ice at all hours of the night and early morning. That is not the hotel's fault but I would stay away from the ice maker if you can. The one other negative was the doors to the rooms slammed very loudly. A softer closing would help a lot.

We liked the view from our room in the pacific tower. Our room was comfortable and the cleaning staff were wonderful. We walked everywhere and it was not an issue. We liked the Starbucks and ABC store on site--very convenient. The food at the bar was pretty good, especially the acai bowl. The best part of the trip was watching the sunset from the beach right by the hotel and also the NYE fireworks. It was worth it to stay here and see that!

Absolutely love this property. Monkey Pod and an ABC store are wonderful additions. The location is perfect, hotel is beautiful and we always feel safe and cared for. The Voyager Club is nice for grabbing breakfast in the morning and having pupus with a sunset view in the evening.

We were a family of 4 tall adults in a room with 3 double beds. The beds were not really big enough for two people to sleep comfortably so my husband ended up sleeping on the floor. It wasn’t ideal- I should have booked two rooms but the blurb said it would sleep 4-5 people

It was in a great location. We loved how close it was to everything but we also loved the beach there. So accessible and always quieter than the main part of the beach

Some more chairs and things to sit at the beach without having to rent for extra would be ideal but not a major issue!!

Amazing spot and the property was just beautiful. Every staff was polite and helpful, we had a mountain view room and were still able to see the beach a bit. Also had breakfast each morning at the cafe and it was fantastic! I couldn’t recommend this place enough

We had a corner room with an ocean view! it was my daughter's first time to Hawaii and the location was perfect to walk everywhere in Waikiki from. Hotel staff are very friendly and the facilities were immaculate. Will definitely stay there again <3

Edge of Waikiki but easy to park and walk in to Main Street , lovely beach facilities, lots of tour services and the two restaurants were excellent for dining in , takeaway and cocktails. There’s an ABC shop in the complex for small groceries and some lovely arts and craft shops.

Expensive; unable to swim or use beach in front of hotel because beach very small and surf rocky. I had to walk north or south to get sandy beaches and surf.

The pool was not heated and absolutely freezing. I know you’re on an island with a sheep, but that’s the coldest pool I’ve ever saw. Then you couldn’t get any small face rags and ask for them they would run out of them all the time it’s almost every day we had to ask for face rags.

It was a beautiful facility. Great location good service.
