The shower pressure was a bit low. The room had a window but we couldn't see outside.

The family running the homestay is super nice and they always offer their help if you need anything. The house is in a very nice location, perfect to access the old town or watch the lantern boats along the river.

Only think that could be better is having sufficient toilet roll in the bathroom for the duration of your stay.

The family were all so sweet and friendly. Made us feel really welcome. Loved that we could rent bikes from them.

Everything was wonderful. Location is great - right to the night market but in a little side street so it's still very quiet. Loved the option of an AC AND a Fan! The staff is extremely helpful, lovely family!! Highly recommend!

There was a noise in the house from about 7am every morning which woke me up before my alarm. I'm an early bird so I didn't mind too much, but some people might be bothered by this.

The location of the homestay is great, so close to everything but very quiet so you can sleep well. The host family are friendly and happy to help. I had a private room and it was very spacious and clean. I think it was great value for money

The window was facing a wall so it was almost pitch dark all the time. There was a sewage smell coming in from time to time.

The room was large, in a very central location that allows you to easily explore the town. It's 2 steps away from the market and there are plenty of eateries and places to hang out around. The place looked clean and the family seemed nice , though we didn't interact much

For starters, it's in a perfect location for the highlights of Hoi An. It is comfortable and private. Secondly, the family is the friendliest and kindest people we've met in our time in Vietnam. We arrived in Hoi An by night bus. They had originally said if they had a room available we'd be able to check in early. We thought we'd be able to drop our luggage and check out the area. Unfortunately, we did not sleep on the bus, and it was raining so much the surrounding streets were flooded. The Homestay was fully booked, so our room wouldn't be ready until normal check in time. We asked if we could wait in the reception area. Not only did they allow us to do this, they moved the furniture so we could lie down and as we fell asleep, we felt blankets being placed on us. Once we woke up a few hours later, our room was ready and they carried our bags to our room. It was so incredibly needed to be shown some TLC and it was the kindest thing we've experienced in our 3 months of backpacking. They continued to check on us during our stay and were always so happy and friendly. We cannot recommend Cosy Homestay enough.

The family who run the homestay were extremely welcoming and helpful. It was amazing value for money, and everything was kept spotlessly clean. The air con worked perfectly. As for location, it is absolutely ideal, tucked away down a quiet street that is 30 seconds walk from the bars and restaurants.

Lovely family, they were very welcoming, they carried my bag upstairs for me. Nice location, quiet to sleep and perfect for walking to the river, markets and bars . Huge room and aircon worked great!
