How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

I didn't have anything I didn't like.
I loved the room. It had a sink, microwave, refrigerator, whirlpool with shower a double sink in bathroom. The Livingroom area and deck was great. I love the area and short walk to town. They have breakfast and evening you can go to there diner to dinner if you like on certain day. It was very relaxing and enjoyed the place! When there was trouble with key not opening our door they fixed it right away.

Our one comment would be the hot tub. This needs some attention. It looked as if someone had let their dog use it. Also, no soap or shampoo in the changing rooms.
Check-in was easy and very welcoming. Breakfast layout was nice and we were allowed to grab some items before having to leave earlier than the typical breakfast time-frame. Room and bedding were clean and comfortable and cable offerings were great.

Breakfast earlier than 8:00 would be nice. We have to be at the ski mountain at 7:30 am, so are never able to enjoy any of the breakfast offerings.

Heater was out in the pool,with no snow,we were counting on lots of swimming between shopping!

Nicely located hotel. Staff were very friendly. The room was clean and big enough for 4 of us. The baseboard was also nice. Less dry forced air means good night sleep. Indoor Pool & jacuzzi was also nice.

The property is nice and clean ..it does need a bit of updating but then again that would require higher rates . I was very comfortable and happy overall

The mattress in our room was not comfortable. I think it is very old. I would replace it.
The gentleman at the front desk who checked us in was so helpful! He went above and beyond and walked out with us to show us where we were staying. He also made a reservation for us at a nearby restaurant to ensure we had a table. His name was Michael. Exceptional service!!

Could not work out how to use the air conditioning
Reception staff ( Michael) was very helpful. Great location, lovely town. Out of the motel type stays we had during our tour this was easily the best. We even had a reasonable breakfast!

The only thing that could be improved is having housekeeping available. We stayed for 5 days and requested housekeeping about halfway through the visit for towel refresh and room garbage cans and floors swept or vacuumed. We were told they would send someone but that didn’t occur until days after request. When we called to ask for towels again we were told to pick them up ourselves at office. Floors stayed dirty even after housekeeping. Other than that the stay was great!
Beautifully maintained property and we loved the indoor pool and hot tub areas. In addition, we loved the on ground dining room and breakfast.

The bathroom is a little bit outdated.
The grounds were beautiful and the mountain views from the property were fantastic. The proximity to the town of Manchester is very convenient. The breakfast provided was tasty and provided a good value.

Enjoyed all the extras the hotel had, fire pit, golf course, indoor pool and a pond to fish in. The proximity to town was perfect too, could walk into town for dinner or shopping. Jackie was very helpful too.

We did not like having to take cold showers and baths. We were able to access the hot water one time to soak in the jacuzzi tub. The two showers and the second soak in the tub were cold water only.
We loved the privacy, size of the suite, the jacuzzi tub and the staff
