The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The grounds and pool were clean and beautiful. I especially loved the cookies and coffee in the lobby as well as the fire pit. It was an added touch to a lovely stay. Thank you!

The beds were a bit hard for an older couple, but I wouldn't think most people would have our same problem. The room was a little dated and not exactly like the pictures online.

Clean, location was perfect, we had an ocean view room. Had a nice living area and balcony. The pool looked inviting. Restaurant had great coffee and looked really nice. We enjoyed the firepit area.

With a roof-top carrier on my SUV, I couldn't park in the underground garage due to entrance clearance issues. Plenty of free outdoor parking, though.

Pan Am is my favorite place to stay in Wildwood Crest, when I can get room availability. It is clean, quiet, and has the Alosi restaurant right on site. I've never had a room I didn't like, and this last visit I was lucky enough to get an ocean front room with kitchen and separate sleeping areas. Wife and I had bedroom, son had pullout couch. rooms separated by folding door.

Price was a bit high for a weeknight after Labor Day.

Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Allowed me to check in an hour early. Room was very big with 2 bathrooms & a great balcony and view. Also loved the fact that toiletry products were all Aveda products!

Our 5 day stay at the Pan American Oceanfront Hotel was amazing from the time we checked in until we checked out. Staff was friendly and always willing to assist. The pool was a great end of the beach day stop, too.

Apparently the pilot light went out on the hot water heater so my wife had a cold shower, but we were not notified that there was no hot water one evening

We were not satisfied with the initial room choice (reserved oceanfront, which it was, but on the first floor looking at dunes--not ocean), however, they accommodated us by moving us to a better room on the 3rd floor with no additional charge--very nice.

The place is amazing. We booked last min reservation on the holiday weekend. The room is comfortable. The location is excellent right on the beach. The pool is heated, very comfortable. More important, the staff is amazing. They extended our checkout time which really made my day by having a chance to spending extra time at the beach and pool. My five year old son also left his teddy bear there which was very special to him. The owner was very nice and the teddy bear is on the way back now. We really really appreciate everything there!

We really enjoyed everything about the hotel,the staff and the overall experience. It was clean and comfortable and not dated in the lobby or the rooms. We would recommend this hotel to fellow travelers.

My wife and I travel every 3 weekends to different destinations for pleasure. We stay in hotels all the time and know right away if the hotel is up to par. The Pan American was recommended to us by the staff of the port Royal a sister property and we enjoyed every aspect of the hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating upon arrival all the way to check out. We have booked another 3 night stay at this hotel for the end of june.
