Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe positives really outweighed the minor issues I listed above. I really couldn't put them here with a frowny face because we had a fantastic time and we would stay at this location again.
We were traveling to visit family in Buffalo. 1-This listing had a great deal of space with a lot of off-street parking available. The area was very quiet. We played frisbee on the large lawn on Easter Sunday. 2-Silverware, plates, glasses, dishwasher, gas stove, microwave and large refrigerator were provided. 3-Beds were comfortable and linens were clean. Lots of blankets were available. 4-TV worked with us providing our own Netflix login. I think it would have worked with simple non-premium channels, too. 5-Fireplace was really neat. We had the ability to change its colors. It provided a lot of heat & was pretty. 6-Very comfortable L-shaped couch to watch TV/visit. We played a card game using the ottoman as a table. 7-Dining room table had 4 raised stools with no backs. There was a counter in the kitchen with 4 raised stools with no backs. Very minor things to know before booking. 1-We didn't know that the "back" bedroom would only be accessible by walking through the 2nd bedroom. We gave the 3rd bedroom to our teenager and slept in the independent/non-connected bedroom for privacy. 2-It was very bright in that non-connected bedroom! The second night we hung a blanket over the window to solve the problem. 3-You may want to bring an extension cord so you can more easily charge your devices. The wiring is older in this house and the placement of outlets is not always in a convenient location. 4-It looked like there was a driveway but it was blocked to us due to construction materials being piled there. But, please note we had absolutely no problem finding off-street parking right in front of the house.

United StatesThe only downside was that there's no on site laundry, other than that, it was fantastic.
This place was clean, warm and inviting. If ever I plan to rent a little getaway in Buffalo, I'll be looking up this apartment first, for sure.
