The shuttle service from the Key West Express to hotel. We thought if we called you would pick us up. Jerry was kind and helpful to the beach.

Location wasn’t good for town centre - complimentary buses running every 2 hours wasn’t anticipated and so taxi charges were huge Staff / you maybe want to teach your cleaning staff to actually say hello and smile ?? Valet parking wasn’t good either not helpful just wanted a tip for eveything for doing nothing !!! There just seemed a lack of staff morale?? All seemed fed Nice pools and some staff were very helpful and pleasant - Chris and Jake were excellent Value for money - NO - extortionate price for our stay which was somehow high due to time of season - place seemed half empty to us

Shower hot water was a bit intermittent. I advised front desk when we checked out. I don’t like Resort fee especially when we do not use any of the amenities.

Shuttleservice could have an evening Option from the city back to the hotel. Latest departure was 4pm.

Shuttleservice to downtown was a good posibility to drive to the citycenter. The staff was very nice.

Carpet in the rooms was a bit gross. Room service was more of a DoorDash than actual room service. Menu was mostly unhealthy food served with a cheap fast food cutlery kit. Same with food by the pool. Shocking to spend a fortune for a salad by the pool and to be given a packet of the cheapest plastic cutlery with it. No bar soap so couldn’t use soap on the bath. Air conditioner could not be turned off resulting in being cold all of the time. Internet spotty.

Nicely laid out with beautiful swimming pools and beach access. Our townhouse was very large and mostly well equipped. Staff were very nice especially Mark at the pool.

The extra fees for parking in for resort,and cleaning fee came to be an extra $560. That was not advertised and Booking.com. Very disappointing. Will be contacting Booking.com on this issue of extra fees.☹️

The location was a little further than we would have wanted. Almost 2 miles to downtown areas. The room was spacious but only included a small round table and two chairs. Would have been nice To have a chair, small couch to lounge on as it was either the bed or sitting outside on chairs. I wish there was a hot tub.

The garden aspect of the hotel was beautiful. Pools Were lovely and loved the patio. Restaurant bartenders were very attentive and walked around the pool on a regular basis. Love how the property provided sunscreen at each pool.

The last night we had a hortibly loud family in the room above us. Families with small children should not be placed in same unit ad other guests.

Beautiful resort in Key West, next to the sea. Spacious and lovely rooms, comfortable bed, nice surroundings, located outside of town center. Excellent breakfast.

Although it is right beside the sea, there is no beach and you can't easily walk anywhere; when you leave the hotel you are right onto a busy main road. It is too far to walk into downtown Key West, but I think a shuttle is provided (we drove). Valet parking is the only option; this was a bit annoying since the valet dropped our car right outside our room! We went on a jetski tour with the company located on the hotel site. I did not enjoy that at all; it is more for people who want the rush of jetskiing (fast) rather than a way to view marine/wild life or local area. I especially would not recommend it if you have children.

Room was fabulous; decor lovely, spacious, clean. The area around the pools had lovely foliage and there was a tropical, relaxed but upscale vibe. We had children aged 8 and 6 years with us, and although there is an adult vibe, we did not feel ill at ease with them. Having said that, I think the hotel is best suited to couples or families with adult/teenage children. The pools were all fairly small, but very clean and nice. The food was good quality and easy; the restaurant is right beside one of the pools. Staff were great.
