My room was warm and humid when I arrived, which resulted in sticky/wet floor. It's Florida, so understandable. I dropped the temperature on the thermostat, but the ac struggled to keep up. It didn't run consistently and was incredibly loud.

The location and price were ideal for my short stay. The grounds were clean, and the front desk staff member was friendly and welcoming.

I disliked that my water up with plastic had a very large loogie/snot all over the plastic. It really disgusted me. I told the front desk and they said eww. I told them it was in the trash if they wanted it. That was the horrible experience for me. Other that that the one other thing was the pull out bed is outdated and not comfortable at all.

I liked the look of everything. Very beautiful inside.

Eggs didnt taste like fresh cooked real eggs,bacon was super thin and hard.

Orange juice was good waffles were good muffins were good,loved the whole set up and the variety of breakfast options.

One thing to suggest is better bed frames. You move the the slightest, but frame squeaks, even just sitting down. Just imagine the sound for two consenting adults above your room or below your room..lol..👀. The other thing is the whirlpool wasn't in operation. Don't know how long it's been down, but it looks like awhile. It's part of amenities you know. I don't recall a note on the website saying the whirlpool was inoperable. The breakfast was very good, but a meat such as bacon or link sausage would be nice to go with a waffle instead of sausage gravy

Location was great. Many eateries around. Freeway access is close and easy to access. Hotel and rooms were clean and staff was very friendly and helpful.

Sooooooo everything about the hotel was good, except that the hotel room air was kind of humid. The bathroom had no vent to vent out the humid air after a shower. The bedroom felt kind of humid in general, too. The AC works fine but there was definitely a noticeable mild humidity in the air. But not to a degree that made the sleep uncomfortable. It's really my only complaint, everything else was solid 👍

The self-serve included breakfast was 🔥🔥🔥 Really clean facility and awesome food! Beds were clean, room was nice, great facilities, I can't be mad, tbh

The breakfast was very poor, only like 4 or 5 options, I realized that I shouldn't expect much from a free breakfast, but it still seemed they could put a little more effort into it.

Everything was cleaned adequately, the rooms were nice, I liked that the rooms had hard floors and not carpet. This made it feel cleaner to me.

Pool room dim and kind of shabby, no hot tub. Room was only clean where visible but found trash and dust in some less noticeable places.

Breakfast was amazing 👏 , staff were very kind and polite. Hotel was quiet and peaceful.

It took forever to get hot water. Another guest asked us about the same thing during breakfast. I wish all these hotels would stop putting those thick duvets on the beds.

The breakfast was mediocre. The pet fee was $50 perpet per night. Higher than all other properties I checked. Ridiculous!

I was quite upset that we were not informed that the hot tub would not be working during our entire stay. The main reason I booked this hotel specifically was for the continental breakfast pool and hot tub. Hotels offering pools and Hot tubs are typically more expensive. The pool was nice and ended up being very warm compared to a typical pool but that's not the same as a hot tub.

Their continental breakfast was delicious! The staff was very friendly.

Visited Pensacola for the first time to visit my son whose in tech school on.one of the military bases.This hotel was very nice with friendly staff & in my opinion it is close to alot of restaurants & gas stations... really enjoyed my stay!
