I think breakfast should be served until 10 am Monday to Friday apart from that no faults at all xant wait to return.

The breakfast had lots of choice cereals to fresh fruit pastries fry up waffles tea coffee and juices.During the day coffee machine free in the reception/ dining area.

I had to call to have a shuttle and nobody advanced this information so I had to wait at the airport long time. Im from abroad so the call cost a lot.

Structurally some things are off. Not comfortable with the air conditioning system under the curtains, which prevents the privacy of the curtains being closed. I opened the closet door to keep them closed. Also nit a fan of the fact that you could see underneath the room, and adjoining door. I put towels by the door while I slept. Just not a comfortable feeling.

I liked that the shuttle service, arrival, and ease of check was exceptional.

We stay here everytime we fly into DFW for at least a night or two as we are coming from overseas. It's convenient, they have a free airport shuttle, the hotel is clean, rooms are of good size and the location is OK, plus the breakfast is better than most other places.

The room I booked had a tub, which I really wanted, but as it turned out, the air induction we didn’t work, so I was moved to a room without a tub.

It was neat and clean and in a safe area.

I was really surprised that the room did not have a closet, hangers, or an iron. The business center did not have a Bluetooth printer. The printer and computer was outdated and didn’t have internet, so I wasn’t able to print my documents.

It was visibly clean and I was able to check in early. The shuttle took about 30 to 45 minutes to get to the airport.

A slight smell of cigarettes has been bothering me during my last two stays and some unfortunately noisy neighbours next door have also been an issue for me, but staff has taken care of these issues in a very good way by making notifications and offered immediately to be moved to another room. Great. Thank you for that;)!

As always this BW Plus DFW Airport West Hotel Euless is a very good choice to stay, and all this especially because of the nice staff and a good breakfast on a daily basis. After visiting this hotel several times during the past two years, I do feel after all like coming home, where the whole entire staff is always welcoming both me and any other guest with the very friendly and the best possible way. Just keep up with the great work;)!

One of the emergency exits was left open, looked like a homeless was living in the emergency stairs because there was a mess. I’m sure the hotel staff took care of it promptly because it wasn’t there the next day.

Friendly staff, and very clean. Beds are comfortable too. I have stayed here multiple times.

There was a slight damp odor upon entering the room initially that dissipated over time and the AC unit was a little noisy.

The location was very clean (staff was observed mopping daily in the lobby) and those working the desk were friendly and engaging. We attended a concert in Dallas so the location next to the expressway was convenient.

Blinds wouldn’t close all the way so light could come in during the night.

Was in town for a softball tournament at The Parks at Texas Star. Hotel is conveniently located close to the fields (5 min drive). Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and neat.

When I first walked into my room it smelled like poop. I'm not sure what the situation was with that but it lasted for about 30 min ish and then was no longer a issue

The sofa in the room seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in ages.

It is very close to the airport and very easy to reach, especially because they have a shuttle service. The bed was comfortable and clean.

The location wish it was in a better location to get better views the highway is blocking seeing the other side of freeway and it is connected to the same lot as a shopping center and mechanical shop one of the staff I dealt with was as nice and understanding as others

I like the amenities the pool area the inside decor spaceous room big bed nice size tvs the lobby area front desk and outside construction of the building the as have a shuttle to shuttle guests not the best location it could be from the cowboys stadium which is something they use to get guests to stay
