The staff, the rooms are old and unkept… we requested for housekeeping to clean our room while we were out and it never happen. Elevator works 2 out of 10 times

The location of the property is great! Walking distance from downtown, restaurants and bars

Plenty of parking spaces underground. Why charge guests. Valet parking really wasn’t necessary.

Kinda feels more like a motel - windows face the corridor and open air atrium that looks down into the parking lot. We didn’t want to open our blinds to expose our room to anyone walking by, so there was pretty much no natural light and no view. Elevator is slow and the buttons don’t light up, so that was kind of confusing. Our shower didn’t drain properly at first (usually a result of a longtime plumbing issues) but the staff came and addressed this within a day. $45 per day valet parking is a rip off, and it took quite a while for my car to be retrieved. One guy worked the valet desk and the other guy was running back and forth to get cars, and there was always a queue of people waiting for their cars. Also there was no water fill machine - small thing that would be pretty easy to install and a nice (and pretty basic) amenity to have.

Great location - the main strip of little Italy as well as the waterfront are within walking distance, and there are good transit options nearby. Staff was attentive - not necessarily very warm and welcoming, but very quick to address any issues and accommodate when we had a plumbing issue.

It’s worn down and a bit tired. Especially the bathroom. Also an odd layout and slow elevators, and stairs were a maze to access. Oh and the pool is about 6 feet long, but the roof lounge area is very nice.

    Great location in Little Italy.

Once I reached my floor, the layout of the hotel felt more like cheap apartment blocks, a bit like tenement houses. There was a mild feeling that I could get jumped walking down their dark walkways to my apartment once you left the elevator. The fact that the building wasn't inclosed was a bit of a surprise. The front exterior is more of a facade making you think you’re entering a building. I didn’t care for the one, occasionally two bar(s) of cell coverage I was able to get in my room. I was also informed by the maid when I woke up after the first night that the hotel still had my room listed as ‘vacant’, which explained why I didn’t receive the wakeup car I had requested the night before. While there was body wash and shampoo container pumps provided in the showers, the body wash container barely had enough for one shower. This place was more like a hotel with motel like features and ammenties.

The best part was the convenience of everything around the hotel. Plenty of restaurants and points of interest with in walking distance, including a short walk either south towards Downtown or west towards the harbor. The bed was comfortable, at least on the first night.

The level of noise from traffic off the freeway and housekeepers rolling their carts was an unwelcome wake up call all three mornings. Housekeeping came on my last day? What happened to room refresher daily?

Location and price point were great. Room was clean but needed a deep cleaning, long hair in the bathroom, floor was sticky in some spots.

The hand soap and shower gel dispensers were empty. The car park is overpriced given that one can park free of charge on the street nearby. The lift was unfeasibly slow, almost glacial.

The bar is excellent but it closes too early….

Parking on site was $45. Also, booking on a third party booking website was not worth while in this case. The price on the hotel website was the same and included breakfast, which we didn’t get.

The location was very good, and the coffee in the restaurant was delicious.

I stayed in room 335. There is a very noisy ventilator somewhere outside. Even with earplugs I could hear it. You should do something about that.

There were issues in the bathroom; the mirror hung crooked, and there was rust on all the fixtures. The towels were thin, and there was rust on the mini fridge that was breaking on the floor. The first two nights, we struggled with a police incident next door and a hot water issue with our shower. The facility was a little rundown and not our normal standard of stay.

Clayton, the manager, is the best! He genuinely cares about customer experience. Clayton was very accommodating and had us return at a discounted price and stay in the suite!

Cleanliness wasn't the greatest. All the main areas had been cleaned but areas under the bed and around the furniture weren't swept or vacuumed. There was also a hair on the bed.

Great location in the heart of Little Italy. Room was what you'd expect - not too small but not huge. Bed is comfy and TV set-up is great too.
