Only that they remove and lock up beach chaises and umbrellas at 4pm, so for sunset you’re standing or on a towel. But I understand.

Location is great. Photo shows nice sitting area with comfy chairs just back from the beach. They set up chaises and umbrellas on the beach like a resort; nice touch for a motel. The kitchenette has most everything if you choose to self-cater.

Property was great. Older motel with excellent beach setting and set-up. Ample chairs and umbrellas set out each morning. Clean property and grounds. Breakfast nothing special but adequate. Pool nice but smaller. Room was good, parking at door(courtyard).

Our room TV would not stay connected we asked to have it checked but maintenance person did not know what to do so my husband had to play with connections very 45 minutes or so to get back on. He told them it was the cable box. Hopefully they get it fit for next guest. Also very unhappy that pool was closed unable to use when we were there

the noisy A/C. That would be horrible in hot weather. the grab and go included breakfast was decent but 8AM is a bit late to open. The sand passage to the beach was fun of dried seaweed. I think the hotel should have raked it. the pool was clean but not attractive.

looks like an old 70's motel that is being renovated. Our room was renovated as was our bathroom. The kitchen was not but we only used the fridge . The in the room A/C was NOISY. Luckily it wasn't hot and we just kept the siding door open. We chose an ocean front room that had a wonderful view. The other rooms all overlook the parking lot. I appreciated that the lounge chairs/ umbrellas were included in the room and were plentiful.

Breakfast selection was mediocre for the rise in cost of the ocean view room. In room Coffee maker made mud for coffee. Room safe electronics broken. No daily maid service since we only stayed 2-days this time (due to rise in room cost). No broom in room to sweep sand that may get on tile floor. Kitchenette faucet dribbled water. Place is kept up, but showing wear and tear. Getting too expensive to stay there again, more than double and nothing to account for the large increases. This was my 3rd time in ocean view since 2018. I’ve stayed at a spa on Lago Maggiore, Italia all inclusive of food and spa treatments for less!!

Location and ocean view was the only thing that brought me back.

This is an older hotel, and that is probably why the parking lot seems cramped when the hotel is full. I feel a little nervous when navigating the narrow exit.

The beach is the reason I chose this resort. Lounge chairs and umbrellas are set up on the beach for the guests. It's a luxury touch. The beach is wide, and, since the property is surrounded by condos, there aren't crowds of people on the beach. Beach towels are provided by the hotel.

Breakfast could be better for such high price. Also, we paid more for an oceanfront room and could not enjoy the views from the balcony as they have super loud noise coming from the AirCon unit near be the pool and the pool pump and heater.. it was so loud I got headache had to stay in the room. So, the Sun basing platform in front of the motel is next to this noisy units so I do not see it being enjoyable laying on the lounges over there with this horrible noise!

Out oven was able to be used which was disappointing because we had purchased food to cook for our stay since we noticed the room came with an oven and stove. Oven lock mechanism was jammed and we could not open it. We called the front desk and the nice female working tried to help but wasn’t able to fix it. not her fault though. The room had very dim lighting and kitchen area had no lights at all. one of lamp by the beds needed a new bulb. room was also a little warm.

Property location was right on the beach. Very beautiful back patio with Adirondack chairs to relax and enjoy the ocean view on. Beach access was convenient and lounge chairs with umbrellas were available for hotel guest which was a major perk. Breakfast was decent!
