Definitely an older hotel. Had a bit of a musty smell. Everything was well used, but it was clean.

The first room we were given smelled so strong of cigarette smoke, we walked out and asked for another room. This motel is dated and has an underlying smell of smoke in the building. Our curtains were torn and drawers without knobs- needs an upgrade. At check in we asked about cancelling our third night. The manager doesn’t like reservations and payments made directly to Booking.com so made this process more difficult.

The complimentary breakfast was good.

The beds were not comfortable and when asked to have room picked up (left card out two days) finally had to call. I felt the price of the hotel nightly rate was high compared to the quality of room.

Great location, friendly staff. Easy to get to the Rebecca Horse Farm, about 8 min away. Breakfast was decent and staff worked hard to maintain area and keep up with demand. The pool was nice especially on the hot days, a bit chilly however!

There was a shortage of towels at the pool. This forced us to use our room towels which got dirty around the pool. House keeping did not clean our room the next day to bring us clean towels!

The boiled eggs were like rubber and the scrambled eggs were like mush. The gravy was similar to bland baby food.

The road noise from the freeway was loud. I can usually turn on the fan & drown it out, but not here. It made sleeping difficult.

The breakfast area was awkward. Didn't look like much was offered. But, there were choices in the refrigerator, just couldn't get to them becaue the waffle maker was next to it, and it was a very small space. Couldn't access the refrigerator if someone was making waffles, which of course they were.

The smoke alarm started "chirping" in the early evening. Maintenance was not around to replace the battery so a helpful staff member was able to replace it, however it started chirping again in the wee hours of the morning. The towels were well worn and small. I would think for the prices they are charging they could afford to purchase new towels. The pool towels were way to small for pool towels. Only one of the 3 machines in the work out room were working.

The room was clean and sufficient in size. It is the only hotel in town with an outdoor pool which is why I stay there.

Bugs in the room. Atmosphere felt a little off. Area seemed sketchy. There was a gap the air conditioner. Also didn’t care for the fact that we were by an exit. Didn’t know that because our flight was delayed that they decided to close out my reservation. It wasn’t until I called the next morning did I realize that!

Their no refund policy. We booked room as we planned to go to Glacier National Park. When we found out that reservations were required at the park and there were no slots available, we tried to cancel booking until we could get reservations to the park....the refund was denied. We went anyway as we know people in the area and didn't want to lose out on that money. The workout room was super humid...I reported to staff and was told AC down and someone would fix in next day. The pool was down and empty, looked gross. There was no elevator. Lugging my bags up and down stairs with an injured knee was painful. The receipt they gave me showed zero charges and zero balance...and wrong dates.

The lack of service for breakfast. The faculty was stingy on using the waffle spray and so every waffle that was made separated.
