Outside hallways need to be refinished. Cracking paint and some the the other guests were doing mechanic work in the parking lot.

Pillows were super small, sink facet was not workout properly, and I had a strange lady knock on my door 3 times throughout the morning but the lady didn't even work there and the staff weren't able to look into it or anything. Gave me a scare as I wasn't expecting a knock on the door at 7am

The shower has a mind of its own (would need to be cycled for less hot or more hot water), bathroom door needs to be slammed in order to close, door lock latch was barely attached, TV remote had broken buttons, TV is pretty small (32in) for this day and age, and the pillows were kinda lumpy. Lastly the "Hot Breakfast" was just coffee, toast, cereal, yogurt, and milk.

We were booked in on the “noisey” side of the building near the motorway - noise was moderate - because we stayed 8 nights we should have been on the “quiet” side. The breakfast area was fine except for the extremely dirty floor. It was so dirty our shoes stuck to it.!!!!!

The first thing we didn’t like was the parking situation, there was no parking so you have to park where you find parking far or near your room and It’s tight. Next was the elevator would get stuck so just take the stairs and the elevator smells really bad so again just take the stairs. Next was there appears to be people “living” there at the hotel cutting kids hair out in the hall way and some lady asked for the time but I could tell she wasn’t all there if that makes sense she seems to live there and not mentally stable. Next was when we left for the day we assumed they would make the beds but they didn’t but at least they replenished towels though. The small area in the vanity and restroom tiled floor was not swept at all it was dirty and there was a little spider making itself at home in a corner that was a major no no for me just because we hate spiders.

The first thing I liked about the property was the price and location. Right off the freeway and two nights for $171 well can’t complain about that. Also the the sweet blond girl at the front desk was super nice! We DID have a microwave and mini fridge which was awesome!!! And the beds were super comfy! The coffee in there little breakfast room was amazing!!!

Not many options for breakfast. There was construction on the property blocking a way, it was too tight of a parking lot. Our vehicle occupied the whole spot plus some. Parking is bad.. There was only one elevator for the whole complex. Overcharged for a stay when was quoted something else. Place by freeway which was pretty busy.

The staff was polite.

Construction going on at property during stay (with noise), wifi resets every 6 or hours and have to go through the login steps all over again. Breakfast selection is not as expect and along the line of coffee/bagel or cereal, so little limited.

Centrally located next to freeway, near restaurants, gas stations, and malls. Has an excellent little shopping center built into lobby for drinks and snacks, and some travel items.

The breakfast menu can be improved. Bigger parking spots would be nice. The elevator was not working.

A little hard to enter, but conveniently near freeways. Property is a cramped for parking and trash is overflowing. a.c. didn't work, shower was clogged, it was a bit stuffy....we slept with the window open.

Beachside has view. Rooms are big and spacious, and staff was very friendly and accommodating.

It was a continental breakfast not a breakfast as advertised. Sink faucet sprayed water everywhere. Shower curtain did not stay closed. Water all over the floor. TV did not work. Never turned on. Ca d room key had to be reset every day.

They are obviously undergoing renovations and signs of construction - pipes in pathway, etc are all around. Our room looked like the remodeling was 95% finished, but things like a sticker still in the tub, grout dust…
