October 5,2023 Ask me if I would ever stay in this hotel again and the answer is no!!! I would rather sleep in my truck We rented an accessible king bed room for a reason and it was not at all accommodating. First thing before booking I called to confirm if it had a walk in shower apparently the gentleman didn’t quite understand what that was since he misinformed me n said yes n it actually had a bathtub with a handicap shower chair that didn’t fit inside the tub. Making it impossible to shower. The door knob was broken off and the door would not close in the restroom. The toilet seat had a large yellow stain around the rim completely disgusting not to mention the towel bar was broken off . The blow dryer was burned out and the Front door wouldn’t open wide enough to get the wheelchair inside. I have never felt so helpless as I did knowing I could not make things easy for my husband’s medical needs. This stay was very challenging n stressful. I really hope that in the near future the owner has some respect and compassion and repairs all the required necessities for a disabled person to be able to stay at this hotel without feeling very degraded. A walk to a door may be an easy thing for a normal person but to a disabled individual it’s a struggle Have a heart fix your dump of a hotel. Thank you Mrs. Disappointed

Roaches, bathroom door broken, rooms smelled. Spiders in the corner of wall. Walls dirty!!!! Do not stay here it's disgusting and the front desk people are rude and very unprofessional!!

Staff was VERY VERY rude. Holes in the bathroom door. Ac didn't work properly. Homeless people all outside. Construction work. Breakfast was cold at 6:30am, orange juice was HOT. Pool was very small. Nothing looked like it was advertised.

Our non smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke. While they moved us the room next door to it got the bleed over smell from the other room. You could see the door wasn't sealed properly so anything from outside was coming as well. The bathroom has a two way fan which can SUCK AIR IN FROM OUTSIDE, which defeats the purpose of the A/C unit in South Texas.

The young male worker was horrible! I am almost positive that this is the owner’s son or family member because no person could be that hateful, unprofessional, and irresponsible and keep their job. He is bringing down the entire business by himself!

The room was filthy. There were hairs on the bedding and dead bugs in the bathroom / tub area. The lights flickered and did not work properly and when I contacted the front desk staff, they stated it would be repaired in 2-3 days. The TV remote did not work. Terrible place.

The staff, front desk couldn’t be anymore rude. We didn’t end up staying and after confirming with the front desk that we won’t be charged they still charged us. Called to ask why we were charged and they told us we didn’t show? I literally stood in front of their little check in window and talked to them. God Knows the truth and he does not like ugly.

Molded smell in the room, was very bad. Mold smell is a "health concern"! Bathroom door has nails on it holding the trim together. If hotel is under construction, they need not rent those rooms and block them out.

staff was rude. when we went to complain our room smelled like marijuana, the clerk came and practically insinuated we were lying and said it must be the paint from the door. I used to smoke weed years ago so I know the difference between weed and paint. When my husband went to check out and asked for refund, they literally went to check everything in the room and then clerk wanted to insinuated we took the iron. like really iron!! some of our other friends checked out early due to dirtiness n rudeness

Staff was friendly but very technologically challenged,the chip reader for cards wasn't reading my card and the lady at the desk seemed to not understand the concept of entering the number in manually, she's adjusted I go to a ATM and get cash and with that I would have had to pay extra for the room!?! After becoming frustrated with the back and forth I just told the lady to cancel the room which she had already done causing the booking system I used to charge me a fee, not the best experience I've had in the hotel industry, that part sucked

Rooms were cleaned with pine sol which affected my allergies and gave me a bad head ache. I disagree with having a sign a $50 cleaning deposit agreement at check in after I booked my non refundable room! There were no countertops in bathroom to put toiletries, just a sink.

The bathroom was really small and we got a room with a sink faucet that had been leaking. The faucet had a towel wrapped around it as some sort of “solution”. There was hardly anyone else staying at this hotel while I was there, definitely could’ve put us in a room without a broken faucet. The continental breakfast was very small/had limited options.
