So noisy we could barely sleep. Kudos running up and down the hall. Absolutely no control! People talking loud everywhere.

People were out until 3 Am or longer, talking loud, babies hollowing after 9 pm. When I got to room it appeared clean, but had a smell of tobacco, smell of animal or something unclean. But it looked good. Toilet sound like it was coming from wall. Mole on shower curtain Someone removed my do not disturb sign and.,housekeeping got me up. Last I couldn't get bottom section to accept my photos, but will hold to post.

I like closeness to food and groceries, room was ok kinda, I think it needs a deep clean furniture, carpet, etc.

The office staff was rude and not very accommodating very clipped tone and no breakfast it was odd I didn't let it effect me.

It was clean and good priced moved here for a new job waiting for my new apartment to be cleaned and it was what I needed for my family.

I, personally, have no complaints. But just fyi, as with most hotels, the AC was noisy, and wi-fi required sign-in through the hotel website. Although I wish that wasn't the case, this seems to be the standard. So this is just something to keep in mind. If you care for breakfast, I don't think they had that option.

There were barely any carpets - which is one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. Although the property has more of a motel feel, it was clean, in a good location, plenty of parking, and with tons of shops within a walking distance. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and had all the basics.

The toilet was wobbly the toilet seat looked like it was saved from a house fire there were a few dents in the ceiling almost in a square pattern and the people room 151 had their TV to loud the people in the room above the room 152 that I was in were banging around and there were a few people walking around outside the room I was in being extremely loud and end up waking me up a few times to where I had to go to the office to get a bottle of water and Tylenol due to a pounding headache but none of the things I listed would prevent me from coming back to stay and someday in the future I will be back for another stay

All the dryers are broken and they not even trying to get them fixed. The overnight guy was in the back sleep so hard I was ringing the bell for him for like 30 minutes just for him to tell me they don’t have any plastic silverware for the guess. Also they don’t serve breakfast so they’re lying to people online

Although tidy, the room wasn't as clean as hoped. Behind the door, I was greeted by a dead cockroach lying on its back. Although I know my room was tidied up the next day (bed made, towels folded, and lights in the bathroom left on), that dead cockroach was still there, indicating that there was no cleaning, most definitely not behind the door to the room. Apart from lamps dispersed throughout the room and individually turned on, there was no overhead/ceiling light, which I would have appreciated as a single young lady coming in late at night. It made it feel less safe. The front desk clerk, although efficient, made no attempts to appear friendly or welcoming when I arrived.

The room was at least tidy, and the bed comfortable. I didn't have any meals, nor did I use any of the additional facilities other than my room, so I can't speak to that effect.

I didn't check the AC unit when I checked in. The knob was obviously broken, I recommend the cleaning staff check all aspects of the room each day.

The staff is friendly and helpful. My AC knob was broken, I reported it around noon and by the time I returned for the day, the whole unit had been replaced and worked perfectly. The room was clean and the stay was comfortable.

treat for pests as there were German cockroaches under the refrigerator. I do not know if it was an infestation but did not like the possibility of bringing back hitchhikers from our trip. More importantly, did not like that I was charged again at the room and a $50 security fee that I will have to track after my stay.

I liked that it was a good location and they accommodated us with a room near our children downstairs near the pool last minute. Beds were very comfortable for the most part Rooms were nice and centrally located where we needed to be
