We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesI don't particularly appreciate being surprised about having to pay extra for overnight parking. There is no restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast is not included in the price. I asked for a room on the top floor, but they were unable to accommodate my request.
I had a great view of the area from the 12th floor. Despite the hotel being booked, I had a restful night and didn't hear any of my neighbors. The elevators were operational and there were plenty of handicapped parking spaces available, even late in the evening.

United StatesThe extra parking fee!! What did I get for my money? I've never had to pay for parking while staying at a hotel, even in Niagara falls and Washington DC! My view was at the perfect height, 3rd floor, to watch and hear the traffic of a major interstate. C'mon Radisson, is it really necessary?!? Get back to me, and no, I don't want the money back. Let's fix this

United StatesToo expensive for the old, outdated, dirty room we stayed in. The carpet was stained and gross(feet were sticking to it) bathtub drain stop was broke, desk was stained with rust. Also, I think it’s unfair to pay to park overnight in the parking lot and the price charged to check in early was ridiculous as well.
Lobby was updated and clean, staff was nice and being near Cincinnati was great.

United StatesLobby smelled like pot as did the elevators. Rooms need updated. The pool had an underwater light fixture which was broken and the light was dangling by an electrical cord at the bottom of the pool. Our room faced the south (highway) and the traffic noise was extremely loud and lasted the entire night.
The location was very convenient. Room was clean. Check in was fast and easy. Building is unique.

ItalyRooms on west side are close to the highway, a bit noisy. During the night the heating system was down due to a fault of the bluetooth control unit at the wall.
The lady at the receptions was very busy but so gentle and she gave me much help with a technical problem in the room. Really appreciated. The service tech guys where gentle as well and almost immediately available to fix the problem. Good breakfast for 14 bucks.

United Stateswas disappointed in our view. was told we would have a view of the city but instead was looking at the expressway on opposite side of hotel. there was no Hot tub/spa in the pool area. pool water was not looking the best and it was chilly. workout room was terrible with only a few machines to use. employees enjoyed smoking right outside the entranceway which to a non smoker is very annoying.
we enjoyed the there was a great restaurant on the 18th floor of this hotel for fine dinning and did not have to leave the property for dinner.
