The air vent in the bathroom was dirty, windows need washed. Bed skirt clean but stained. 1 chair in the room, not 2 for a couple to have breakfast room service. Could not get anyone to bring me caffeinated coffee. Decaf 🥱Also ate dinner at 18. Drinks were spot on. Flavorless steak dry. $44. X 2 a small baked /steak fries for him. Dessert I got key lime pie, yummy, when I got to the whipped topping it had a red glaze at the bottom of it, it was on the side instead of on the pie. Kinda of like they took it off another dessert, to put in the container with my key lime pie. Ceiling black near exhaust fans. View was awesome, but would have been more appreciated if the windows weren’t so dirty. Oh and the coffee to have with breakfast cost $6.00 for two cups. Coffee wasn’t that good.

Very old and outdated. We switched rooms twice because they were dirty. The counter had dried juice and stains and we were told there was nothing they could do.

The restaurant was on the 18th floor and the views were the only positive to this place.

The air conditioning in the hallways. The lobby has so much potential if somehow more natural light was used or even décor. Also, the fact that I had to pay for parking with no security of my vehicle is confusing and would like to know what the reasoning is. Finally, understanding the hold of money put on credit card is a necessary, I currently have almost $500 on hold on my debit card 5 days after check out. Luckily, Cory did explain it would take 5-7 days but a high traffic hotel should be able to do bookkeeping/accounting faster for customers.

My check in attendant Cory Campbell was wonderful. I had a late check and he informed of everything efficiently. He was funny and personable. I also purchased a drink at the bar. It was right when the bar was closing and yet another delightful employee Afton still took the time to make me a drink with a smile as she was transitioning to the front desk after working the bar. WOW!

That a hotel would charge for parking. When checking in I was asked if I would be parking on the property and if so it was a $7.00 charge for a parking fee. It’s a hotel, I’m from out of town. Where else would I park? Seems a bit ridiculous.

I placed a order for room service my last night and never received it. I was not charged, however I ended up not spending my money at the hotel restaurant to eat. I did not like the customer service at the front desk...They didn't mention the restaurant or bar or make any 1st time visitor suggestions...not friendly, no eye contact made....no thank you for staying.

I love the high floor and balcony that you can actually go stand on. I love that it was quiet and wasn't long waits for the elevator. I enjoyed the room attendant although I did not want my room attended she left fresh towels hanging on my door.

There were a few hidden fees. There were stains on the sheets and pillows. There was a roach in the tub.

That the downstairs restaurant was not open at 5:30pm, it was supposed to be, wanted a light dinner, so we went to the upstairs restaurant, which was pricier, but good.

Room was good, nice & clean, bed was comfortable, had a view of I-71 traffic., not the best but balcony was great to have. The elevators were very nice, loved the wood decor.

I had booked the room from the airport (delayed flight) on Priceline. The desk clerk initially didn't find the billing and did a new one at the same rate. This took 15 or 20 minutes when it was nearly 2:00 a.m. Otherwise, the hotel was very good, as advertised.

The room smelled horrible! I had to leave while my husband opened the balcony door and sprayed lysol. There were also stain on the sheets on one bed, we slept in the other. happily the bathroom was clean as well as the fridge, microwave etc., pool was nice. room and misc could use a face lift. I feel we overpaid for what it was. would not stay again
