Room was stinking of urine. No blanket only a sheet and a dirty bed cover. The toilet bowl was shaking every time we sat on it. Pillow case was so dirty and I could see hair on it. I had to lay my sarong on it to rest my head on it. The towels were dirty and had black stains on them. I couldn’t even dry myself with it.

Be friendly, clean the rooms, make sure the rooms are comfortable or close down the business

Please do not go to this place it is disgusting!!!!! As soon as we enter the room there was a roach on the wall, then I saw the bed, pillowcases were dirty, comfortable had black stains like mold, there was a hold in the wall as somebody had punched it, the bathroom door did not close properly, then another roach crawled in front of me and I flew out the door with my son. I went to the receptionist area where the attendant was eating and with his mouth half full he ask me what I needed, I reply I cannot stay in your facility and he pointed to the big handwritten poster that said " NO REFUNDS" and said, "have a nice day". I could not believe it, My son and I drove back home that night, since Daytona was sold out for that weekend and we could not find another place to stay. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

No staff was at office. Curtains and comforter had holes and was dirty. The walls was all chipped up and had holes. There was no hot water and no water pressure. There was gnats flying around. The floor was dirty. The whole place smelled. It was just plain gross.

Actually change your sheets next time,,,and not make me make my own bed...vacuum the floor get the boogers off the night table and drug paraphernalia out from under beds!! Oh and price gouged my disabled family when there is an actual ramp to the upstairs for paraplegic people, and charge other people two doors down 120$ less!!! Felt discriminated against!!!! $170 a night room that should have tops cost me 55$

The parking situation is absolutely horrible, they should remove the unnecessary concrete median that compromises everyone’s car. Lastnight ,a huge Ford monster truck on steroids ,parked beside me, side swiped my truck as he was backing out and left. took off. The parking lot is the only thing that I didn’t like at all I’d like to recommend updating the bed linens and drapes to a brighter cheery color to accent the great job that was done remodeling. I will definitely be back there

The owner was very rude. No hot water. Remote to tv did not work. The internet was in and out. Holes in the wall. When I asked to change rooms I was told I already paid for that one could not change I had to deal with it. So I did not stay..

Staff at desk not friendly at all. The bed when you laid down had air pockets popping up and the pillows were terrible, we will not be staying there any more.

It was really dirty. Pillows had brown stains all over the cases, shower had a moldy curtain and a black ring around the tub. There was what looked to be blood stains on the wall. One of the beds was broken. Overall not worth the money AT ALL!

We’ve rented here a few times but this time , there were roaches all over the door of microwave and bedroom . Staff says ( that’s why it’s only 85.00 dollars a night before tax THAT I THINK WOULD BE REASON FOR REFUND OR AT THE VERY LEAST A FREE NIGHT AT ANOTHER HOTEL . But the never happens either !

The moment I checked in the man at the desk grabbed the paper I was filling out and yelled at me that I wasn’t writing it clear enough. And yelled something at me in another language. I went to room that was obviously not cleaned. Stains and trash on carpets and walls. The bedspread had burn holes and blood stains. There were no towels in bathroom and hair all over. It was disgusting. I went back to the office to show them pictures and get a different room. He said that I was lying and trash and shut his window. I left and got a different hotel down the street. I want my money back.

I've never been asked to cancel by a motel. At the time I booked, I needed a handicapped room. They were all occupied so the drsk attendant asked me to cancel. I didn't cancel and a handicapped room became available.

It eas just an over night stay. Nothing to brag about at the motel.
