We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe toilet in one of the rooms had issues tipping and trying to overflow. Both bathrooms had a funky smell that kind of hung in the air. The in room coffee maker was pretty dirty.
The beds and pillows were comfortable and clean. The cleaning lady was very sweet and helpful.

United StatesThe manager was kind of rude every time I had to deal with him. There was a lot of noise from the ice machine in the lobby that made it hard to hear him behind the glass enclosure and he got grumpy and short with me every time I had to have him repeat himself.

United StatesThe worst place we have ever been to. We have a reservation on booking.com and have already paid the full amount. We were driving 15 hours we had such a long day and expected to rest for a night. I messaged the hotel in the evening that we will have to check in late since we are driving from Wyoming. At 1 am. We arrived I told them I am here to check in. The lady said she doesn’t have a room for us and I insisted we already had a reservation confirmation and I have paid the full amount of money. How could you not have the room for me? If you could not manage your availability on booking.com then don’t put it up on booking. com. It was super frustrating and we are drained from our trip. I asked what do you mean you don’t have a room for us. You already took our money. She said “they took it, you call them talk to them we don’t have room” so I guess it’s booking.com fault. We are desperately need a place to stay but we need to keep on driving after 15 hours. After we left for 20 mins she called us and said she had one room for us if we want to come back. Seriously would you come back? I already insisted and she didn’t care and said then talk to booking myself. Is this a joke? You don’t even deserve 1 star.

Breakfast was a couple containers of cereal and 2 or 3 pastries. The room was filthy and run down, smelling horrible. The checkin clerk was way too interested in my Google virtual credit card. The pet fee was unexpected. If I had a sleeping bag with me I would have rather slept in the parking lot with the drunken partiers.
