the beds were not so comfortable. maybe that will come with the next phase of their updating.

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was very convenient for what we were in town for. Very cute inside with a nice atmosphere. Wish we stayed longer than a night and could have enjoyed it more! The room was spacious and bed was comfy. Would stay here again

The breakfast “buffet”/continental breakfast is a little misleading. A bit more of a selection of packaged baked goods, hard boiled eggs, cereal, etc. These are COVID times however so this was likely due in part to respecting hygiene recommendations.

Great place with large, clean rooms. Loved the vibe here, from the front desk staff to the chill guests enjoying their evening by the fire pit out front. If you’re looking for a relaxing, clean, chill place in Bend, this is it. Also has a fabulous food truck in the parking lot, beers on tap in the lobby, and a great little diner for breakfast or late night snack across the way. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff is the best! Extremely helpful and friendly. Loved being able to order food from the foot trailer out front. Several good beers on tap! Drink it by the outdoor fire pit! No reason to leave the property unless you have to. Rooms were clean. Breakfast is basic, but works.

Everything was fine, except our room was pretty cold when we got there. The temperature read 58 degrees and it took a couple of hours to get it up to 72. The heat only comes from one side of the room and there's no carpet. The walls were pretty thin too. We could hear a lot of our neighboring rooms even when they weren't being that loud. There was also a used bar of soap left on the upper shelf of our shower which makes me think it wasn't thoroughly cleaned. I didn't say anything though since I'm not one to complain. I'm sure they would have reconciled it if we mentioned it though. All and all, it was a fine stay for the price we paid. Would probably stay there again in the future.

I liked the space and the price. However, I feel like it was a little too open. I wish there was more furniture or something to make the room feel cozier, I guess. Having two sinks and all that counter space was really nice though. I also really liked how close we were to restaurants and grocery stores. The staff was also really friendly.

we had wall paper coming off, water stains on ceiling and our kids bed they slept in keep moving around in room when they would get in and out of bed. Pool not in service- bummer

We enjoyed our stay!! very impressed with the lobby decor and design, just wish our rooms matched style design to the lobbies. Great access to everything, food cart out front, beer and fire pits
