"Deluxe" room had no towel rack, & a broken TP holder. Property failed to inform us that that do not bring clean towels to our rooms; they only offer them between 0900-1600, the time guests are most likely to be gone. Our requested adjacent rooms were anything but. One room lacked the promised double beds. Rooms 214 and 233 smelled of smokers.

I asked the staff to change my linen because I was gonna be their for 4 days. They said they would but didn't. Never stayed at a hotel that when I asked to change linen just ignored the request.

Room was clean TV was fine. Refrigerator didn't work microwave was fine and clean.

Checked in...was quick and easy then got to my room and my door handle was broke on the inside...was going to deal with it till my son got locked in the room and couldn't get out. Front desk changed us rooms and she was real nice about it..but...that's a fire hazard. The second room after doing our checking around the room....the smoke detector is not even hooked up.... another fire hazard. Other than that... This place was decent and pretty clean

We had to switch rooms multiple time. Room 1 No fridge / not clean. Room 2 broken bed. Room 3 broken air conditioner/ bad smell/ lock was messed up. Room4 had most things but smelled like cigarettes and comforter was dirty and found blood on the sheet

Ordered a non smoking. 1st room smelled very smoky. The heater and air was broken and unusable Changed to a different room. We had to keep the door ajar except we closed it at night because was very hard to open from outside.

The first room smelled of urine like animals had used the restroom inside the room for a few weeks multiple times! The second room the shower was very dirty, one of the beds appeared to have been slept in as a full makeup face was on the back side of the pillow case. Went to call front desk and phone was unplugged with no cord in site,

No towels, no comforter only sheets and a blanket. The shower curtain was dirty, I moved rooms twice due to one not having power and the other being too dirty.

The morning clerk was upset that the evening staff made accommodations for the room they had available but didn't charge for the refrigerator and microwave because some of the rooms had no heat I had booked on line when I got there they accommodate me with what they had available for the same price I booked on line I had stayed almost a week until she was trying to charge me the full amount of the room I had I tried to explain there was no heat in the room I had booked she had a ugly adittude
