Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

United StatesThe rooms were a little old and outdated. Beds weren’t the most comfortable, but overall not bad!
The staff (from the little I saw of them on check in and out) were friendly! I generally like being left alone because I travel with my dogs- who stay free at Red Roof, which is a huge plus, and the main reason I come back! This location is really close to the interstate and main county roads, so getting around is easy. It’s also super close to a QT so if you need gas or snacks you don’t have to travel far.

United StatesTruly upset, I spent over 600.00 for this room and it wAs crap. Blood stains on the curtains, bathroom door falling apart, never anyone in office or they walk pass u and ignore u until u knock on window, Cory catd kept shutting off, stains on sheets and blanket….total discuss ( used our own sheets, pillows n blankets) would have left but I filled the room with stuff bc I was in between Apt’s that why we stayed there, remote had no battery backing, loud employees in morning, refrigerator didn’t work properly, tv kept going in n out of service….calling corporate for a refund, not happy at all not worth the money

United StatesThe location is set way off the road and my gps had me go to apparently their old entrance. the bed is not comfortable and the room was not clean. There was apparently what appeared to ve blood on the bathroom wall, and rust in the bathtub and for a non smoking room it smelt like smoke. I also checked out a day early and im trying to reach the office to ammend the booking. And its been days and they still have not responded . im very disapointed

United StatesThere seems to be people living there full time which is ok but they didn't seem to like that I was there renting a room for the night. The smell was so bad from all the smoking I had to sleep with a mask on and it still gave me a migraine the next day so badly I had to leave at 3am. I'm used to a minor smoke smell but this was stifling.
