The location was near a lot of places to eat. The location was also just outside of the college campus.

This is an old facility, so in need of some repair. although this did not really affect our stay. Coffee in room and in lobby were not very high quality.

Bed was comfy, heat was good, seemed to be clean, TV was good.

Billboard advertises continental breakfast, but there wasn't. No big deal, lots of choices for food around.

Really friendly lady working at the front desk. The rooms were clean and spacious. Conveniently located with lots of food options and shopping around.

Do not pay Booking.com for for stay! Wait to pay at arrival. I have lost $98 by paying Booking.com

I was charged twice for this visit. Booking.com tells me to contact Red Roof Inn. Then Red Roof Inn tells me to contact Booking.com. I have been dealing with this for more than a month! Do not pay Booking.com Wait and pay at arrival.

Cleanliness could be improved. The floor was a little greasy and it was not fun to walk around the room. But the sheets and towels were washed and cleaned. Also, they only provided a tiny bar of soap and a very small tube of shampoo for the toiletries which wasn't enough.

They had someone at the front desk 24 hours, so it was nice to have someone answer the call or help you at any time of the day. The bathroom had sufficient towels, toilet paper and hot water.

The facility was advertised as smoke free. However, our room did not just have cigarette odor, but it hits you like a wave each time you open the door to the room. I complained the very first moment we stepped into the room and requested another room. The lady at the front desk said no room was available. I requested her to come up to the room to experience my complaint, and she did not show up. We had no choice but to sleep in the room as we had just a few hours to catch some sleep before leaving for the graduation that brought us to town. On return after being away all day, and opening the door, the cigarette smoke was massive and overwhelming, as if the room was used for smoking party. This time, we were able to get a gentleman at the front desk come up to the room. He was shocked at how overbearing the odor was and immediately changed our room. This was not a passive smoke of some renter. It was sustained smoking of perhaps a group of people over a long period of time. It clung to every part of the room, the bed, the window curtains, and even on our clothe a few days after we left the hotel. There were cigarette butts thrown about on different areas of the floor.

There was no breakfast. I have gotten incredible breakfast at hotels with much reasonable rate.

Floors were sticky until we walked on them in our socks and then they became slippery. The shower was also very slippery.

The price. No carpet Lots of restaurant choices close by.

Pillows where super hard, linens were all patched and mended, and overall room quality could have been better. Lighting was several different shades of light throughout the room. Not high quality but good enough for a nights rest for the price.

Staff was friendly and efficient with check in and when answering questions.

No breakfast. The floors were very dirty—my feet stuck to floor! Maids did not carry buckets so I could see why they were dirty. Why replace mattresses and have such awful pillows? I could not sleep because they were so hard.

They had tried to fix up the room but not that great of a job. They were replacing mattresses as there were some by dumpster.
