Location to Disneyland is perfect! About 900m away. Excellent breakfast, spacious rooms with a full kitchen.

I didnt like that we had to move our vehicle after 4pm and checkout, we did go pay to park somewhere closer to Disneyland because we were leaving later that night.

It was down the street from disneyland, and felt like a little apartment, not like a hotel. It was perfect

Breakfast buffet is great. Full kitchen in the room is clutch. The pool, sports court, kid's corner, and laundry facilities make Clementine stand out for families.

Very clean and the accommodations were great. We had the bi-level loft and it was perfect for us. Everyone had room to spread out. The complimentary breakfast buffet was amazing!!! All of the staff was incredibly nice and they provided superior customer service. The pool was clean and heated as well. The walk to Disneyland was easy and only took about 12 minutes with our two young children. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

The staff was friendly! The distance from the Disneyland Resort also the breakfast options,the size and cleanliness of the room. I could see the Disneyland fireworks from the property.

Bathrooms are not ventilated so they smelled a little musty, but they were clean. The conditioner bottles in both bathrooms were not refilled before our stay.

Lots of space for our family and very close to Disneyland and California Adventures.

Kitchen wasn’t well stocked but turns out the hotel has lots of kitchen things you just have to ask for them.

Breakfast was delicious and lots of options. Rooms were very clean and comfortable.

The only issue we experienced was the management forgot that we extended our stay for two extra days, so they didn’t inform the cleaning staff that information. They also forgot to put it in the system, and we were charged twice, but they fixed it at the end. Lastly, we got locked our room once due to the cards demagnetizing according to the staff, but they efficiently fixed our room card situation.

I loved how clean our rooms were, and how well maintained the proper was. The kitchen staff were lovely, and very kind. They all were very attentive to people. This place is a great place to stay at due to it being very community friendly based. We felt like we were at home.

Only thing is that I had requested when I checked in to have my rooms cleaned throughout the stay and wasn’t never documented so I had to go and request it an fresh towels

Miss maid service, but it’s probably cost efficient.

Breakfast great, employees friendly and helpful. Grounds are well kept. We’ve been staying there for years when it was Residence Inn. Miss the daily maid service though.

This hotel is 25 seperate buildings, there is no elevator. They utilize the attics in each building to make the lofted units. These units start on the second floor and not on the ground. It would have been nice to know there was no elevator before booking while traveling with 3 people in their 70's and 2 toddlers. Breakfast was good but basic hot food. Same potatoes, scrambled eggs each day. Had sausage patties 8 of the 9 mornings we were there. Breakfast ends too early on weekdays (especially if you were at the parks until after midnight)

Wonderful staff, nice breakfast, very clean. We received a complimentary upgrade because we had someone in our group not able to climb stairs and the unit we thought we were getting wasn't on the first floor. I had asked in advance for an ada compliant room and was told one would be available but it wasn't on the day we arrived. Great staff quickly solved what could have been a very bad situation.
