The ceiling fan was very dirty and dusty. The rest is f the room was pretty clean. Furniture was pretty old/ worn but bed was comfortable

It is a dog friendly property. I have a service dog which is why I chose to stay here, however there was a large dog who was barking non-stop from 10pm until about 1:30am. The staff knew which guests it belonged to but told me unfortunately since they were pet friendly there was nothing they could do about it. We had to be up and out the door by 6 in the morning so we did not get much sleep at all. The dog was located over 3 buildings away so I am sure I was not the only one kept up that night.

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable and the location was near a lot of different things. Great restaurants near by.

Could be better equipped kitchen and some indication of what is (or should be) there. Fireplace not functional—not property’s issue; fire dept shut it down, but website needs to show this.

The photos online showed a breakfast. I saw it in the photos, but did not check the list of amenities... so when I got to the hotel I asked when breakfast started and they said they don't do breakfast. We were leaving early in the morning and were counting on that quick breakfast before heading out. The staff was very nice, but we were kind of taken back by the false advertising. Everything else was great, the room size is large, the beds were comfortable, it was quiet and the kitchen looked usable although we didn't use it.

Everything was nice but when we got there the doses were still in the dishwasher and they were barely clean everything looked good until we got ready for bed and did our inspection of the sheets and they were spotted had hair in them not clean we called to have new sheets out in the bed and was told we had to do it out selves so someone brought sheets to out door knocked on it and walked away then we didn’t have enough towels the it was a room for 4 ppl and it was only two towels I have stayed at this hotel many many time and this was the first time I had an issue

The room was not clean. Dishwasher appeared to have dirty dishes. Fruit flies in sink. Cobwebs by fireplace. Carpet wasn’t vacuumed well. Booked room for 3 adults, and only had bath towels for 2. Lisa was helpful giving us additional towels.

Employee, Lisa?, was fabulous. Friendly and helpful.

The exterior of the property looked like there was some deferred maintenance. An employee attempted to let someone else into our room in the middle of the night. The shower drained really slowly.

The room size was decent and the interior of the room was modern and in good condition. The onsite laundry facility came in handy, as we were there for a week.

Unfortunately, the hot tub was not working. Also, a breakfast was listed on the amenities, but when I asked the staff about the breakfast they said it was not being offered anymore.

booked ahead for ground floor room..assigned one, got key..was already occupied..was told to wait ..almost an hr.later was told no more ground floor rooms..only 2nd floor left...left a complaint at front desk..still waiting for a call back from mgr..I asked for some compensation..will not come back.

The hotel lacks upkeep. It could be great but it has aged and the upkeep is not up to par.

The boys, ages 6 and 8, enjoyed the outdoor pool. The room is good size and the beds are comfortable.

Room was open when we arrived and was full os mosquitos, also the service was very unfriendly, no smiles, no good information when you call to let them know you are arriving late.

super easy to find, staff was not friendly but they were super knowledgeable. loved the apartment style layout
