Heat did not work and room was 65 degrees after it snowed. They could not fix it. They did not charge us and put in a maintenance order.

Great location and breakfast

When we first arrived, the 1st set of keys didn’t work then when we got in, there were no sheets on the bed. We changed rooms then the new keys didn’t work either. There was a breakfast sandwich in the microwave. The telephone never worked the entire time, not did one bed light (the outlet was broken). The tub was very slow to drain and the toilet would not flush completely and had a slight urine smell. The microwave surface/counter light didn’t work. There were a few dishes in the dishwasher. The fuse box was unlocked in the room and there were some gnats.

The staff were helpful and friendly and the location was great. The staff was apologetic for the room issues. The kitchen was well stocked with appropriate dishes and appliances: microwave and coffee maker. The breakfast was set up nicely and had several options. In spite of some issues, it was overall a positive experience.

we did have a light bulb explode on us and the girl at the front desk wouldn’t clean it up because it was later at night so handed us the vacuum. other than that everything else was great.

The staff is less than friendly. When you walk up to the reception desk, they act like you're interrupting their conversations with each other. There was hair allllll over my tub like it was never cleaned out. I had to clean it myself before I could let my family use it. I had to go ask for more trash bags and take my trash to the front desk because there was no way to dispose of it.

The bed was comfy and the hotel is in an ideal spot in canton.

It would be lovely if the locks would be updated for keyless entry. Also, I noticed a lot of empty rooms with doors left open. This seems very unsafe as someone could just be waiting on someone to come into the room and end up harmed. Or someone could use the already cleaned bathroom before a new guest were to occupy the room. Just a thought on safety and cleanliness.

There was no working wifi, I’m Currently at another hotel working in their lobby while my 16 year old son is back at our hotel. The towels were dirty and our room wasn’t ready upon arrival. The front desk staff had to go clean our room while we waited an hour for her and another staff member to complete.

Breakfast was terrible. When we went down there was only biscuit and gravy that was tasteless and eggs were not good. That was it.

Staff was awesome. Chocolate chip cookie was delicious. Bed was very comfortable, room and bathroom were clean.

The hotel room was exceptional. Comfortable bed and excellent space. The front desk associate may benefit from a customer support retreat. The breakfast was awful. And for nearly 200.00 a night, eggs and cooked hasbrowns would have been helpful. I would attempt a stay at hotel again. I appreciate your asking for feedback. God Bless

Advertise a basketball hoop. Didn't have one, which that's was a big hit to me. Telling my grandsons they had a basketball hoop and got there, and there wasn't one.

When I booked this room it said it was a “one bedroom king” the room was actually a studio. One of the kitchen lights kept flickering on and off so it was impossible use the lights in the kitchen area. The bathtub didn’t drain properly and I was wading in about 8 inches of water by the end of my shower.

The check in process was quick and easy and the room was close to an entrance. The area was quiet and convenient.

The room we were put in although very nice and big, it was not cleaned well at all. The pull out had dirty sheets left on it and the bathroom floor needed to be cleaned better.

The breakfast was very good, lots of hot variety. The hotel and room were very nice and comfortable. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Staff and management took our complaints very seriously and provided a discount for our troubles.
