Had to pay $15 per day for parking which was not quoted in the total amount reflected on our online booking. We paid for a room with a fireplace but didn’t get one. Fortunately it was good weather.

Most of the property was very good. Room was comfortable except for too heavy of bedding for the time of the year. A/C was pretty good. Bed and other furniture good. Clean and good food.

Carpeting in the room did not feel clean - it was dark brown and impossible to tell if it was dirty or clean. Would have much preferred flooring versus carpet in a hotel room. Also, there was a gross brown/yellow stain around the bathtub (room 1111) that just made everything feel unclean. Even though there were no other visibly unclean areas, the perception from the dirty bathtub gave the overall impression that things weren't cleaned as thoroughly as they should be.

Location was perfect for what I needed. Easy access to freeways and tons of shopping options nearby. Parking was plentiful and close to the room. It was nice to have breakfast included. It wasn't anything fancy, but had enough options to choose from. I was allowed to check in early too, which was greatly appreciated after a long flight.

Disposable plates and cutlery used for breakfast created so much waste.

Good size room for a family. Great having a little kitchen. The sports court, swimming pool, jacuzzi were great. A nice place to stay for a family. Breakfast was good. Lots of options.

The grill was out of gas, which they knew when we reported it and promptly brought us some. The fire pit was great but one was out of gas as well and they did not have another tank to replace it. Large property and they only had one luggage rack which porters/staff used for their own cart so we couldn't use it at check out.

We enjoyed our two night stay. I wished we would have stayed here longer since the penthouse had a full kitchen and living space. We BBQed the first night were stayed and were able to cook our other meals so it was great. We were impressed with the breakfast choice options. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to welcome us and make accomdations such as early/late check-in/out .

Needed cleaning every three days per contract but only got service twice in ten days.

I didn't realize that there would be no elevators to get to the second or third floor. Since I am a senior I would have appreciated knowing that ahead of time. Then in the suite there was an upstairs room that had really steep stairs also. We choose a suite because we needed a place to relax after our day. The furniture was super uncomfortable.

The breakfast was typical of a motel breakfast, bagels, fruit, scrambled eggs, breakfast meats, etc. The location was just what we needed for our trip. Don't expect a good view or anything like that. We did use the television to watch movies which was nice. You could get Netflix or Prime if you remembered your password.

At one point during our stay there was a party in a neighboring unit, which was a little disruptive. Luckily, it didn't go on too late.

The location was convenient, as it was close to lots of restaurants and a freeway on ramp. The room was a nice size. The breakfast was very good, including hot items such as eggs and potatoes.

The breakfast wasn’t great so we didn’t take advantage. It seems like some people live there long term and are pretty comfortable talking on the phone outside while wandering around. My husband tried the pool, it was pretty small, making it crowded, and the water is cloudy. He didn’t stay. All said we would stay there again if the need were to arise.

The room had a king sized bed and fold out sofa. There was a desk and a table but they wouldn’t fit our family of four for meals so we didn’t use the kitchenette. There was a large grass space for pet relief. Every room has a separate entrance and you can park close to your room. An outdoor picnic area seemed really nice too.

The whole facility looks "tired" inside and out. We spent a couple of nights at your Tustin location and it was much nicer.
