The sofa bed is not comfortable.

Overall the place is nice and quite, breakfast is good comparing with the price, the rooms are clean, location is good there is a Kroger market nearby, bus station is also very near.

It was not clean. The shower made me feel uncomfortable to shower in. And toilet had urine splashes on it. There was a lizard in my room.

The lighting was very dim, outdated as far as brightness. Our immediate pool was out of order so we had to make a short walk to the neighboring pool and our stove was pretty dirty.

The property was pretty decent for the price we paid. Our room was very spacious for our family as well. Location of our hotel was very convenient and short distance to a variety business and restaurants.

I didn't like the fact my first room my air conditioner was broken they transfer me to another room I lost out on my bottle alcohol that was made a mistake and left in the room because I had to move move to the next room it had a lot of things that was missing out the room but other than that it was comfortable

The water in the shower took too long to heat up. I turned it on, for five minutes and it was still cold. So I went outside to the parking lot to get something. Then when I returned it was still cool, not hot.

The roll had a fully loaded kitchen.

You had to swipe your room key to get through the gates, my room keys kept voiding as they can't be next to a cell phone or anything magnetic, so I had to keep going back to the front desk to get into the parking area.

I liked the gated area, I felt safe inside and my car protected. I liked the set up of the room, it felt like being in an apartment versus in a hotel room. The breakfast was really good and a lot of options.

They could not find Booking.com confirmation on their computer. They ended up charging me again for the room. So, I was charged twice for the room. Contacted Residence Inn twice about the over charge and was told that they will refund my money. Have yet to receive said refund. I am not happy about them lying to me twice about the refund.

I did not like how the photos are deceiving and on the website it looks new, but in person it's a run down in process of being renovating hotel. They should tell people and update photos because for it to be a 3.8 star almost 4 is not rationale

I liked how it's near many restaurants, down the road from Kamp Houston, prospect park, and other major establishments along with a Kroger in front of hotel.

The receptionist was very unpleasant and rude . They did not honor my reservation upon arrival I was told my room would have to be downgraded .

From the start, I paid for and reserved the room days in advance. Arrived to this town and was told that the room wasn’t available and there was nothing they could do to accommodate us. The clerk at the front desk was very rude. I asked if there was a different room that could accommodate us with and was told “I definitely can’t do that” I was told to go to the booking website and request a refund which wouldn’t be available for 7-12 business days. We waited over an hour and was finally told that there was a room but we needed to wait for it to be cleaned. The cleaning was rushed because the dishwasher was running when we made it to the room. Some utensils were still dirty. The towels were full of hair and there was urine on the floor around the toilet. Not to mention the tub had not been cleaned at all. I would NEVER book at this location ever again and wouldn’t recommend anyone I know to stay at this property. Do better!!

The door for our room had broken hinges and didn’t close properly. I had to keep a lock ontop of it. The door required me to lift in order to properly close it. Rolly Polly bugs in the room appeared every morning on our floors.

I had booked a two bedroom suite for our stay. When I arrived to the hotel I was told that they over booked and sorry. That’s it. We had to end up paying for two rooms which came out more than what our booking was for. Went down to breakfast the next morning and the food was horrible oatmeal was not cooked correctly, the meat seemed half done, no waffle maker just some hard waffles in a bag no microwave to warm up the cold food. The front desk lady had no care in the world about our room being over booked.

I had to switch rooms because my hot water wasn’t working , but the maintenance showed up in a timely manner (very professional) and tried to the problem but wasn’t able to so they moved me to another room within a hour..
