It was a very compact room, something you would expect in Manhattan in this price bracket, yet the layout made it feel spacious enough, great view, stylish decor and a very high standard in cleanliness. I felt safe and the room was very quiet. Supermarket and restaurants around the corner.

Very small rooms indeed. Fine for a few nights, but no more than a carry-on suitcase would fit in the room. Almost no storage space - just drawers under the bed.

* Cleanliness in the room: It wasn't very appealing to see some dirt and body hairs (i) between the mattress and the wall, (ii) inside the boxes under the bed. Can the windows and dust from the baseboard be also cleaned? * Great view to the river, however the windows don't cut the noise from the always busy riverside roads. I used the earplugs for the night. * The mattress had signs of sagging. Maybe worth to consider turning it, pivoting it time to time?

* Tea/coffee area facilitates the guests to have also their own meal. Thank you!

The room was minuscule. Like, I literally did not have space to open my carry-on bag on the floor, I could only do that on top of the bed. Also, the shower drain was a little bit clogged, which meant that I could shower for more than ~3min before water started flowing to the rest of the bathroom. It also also annoying that the light in the bathroom worked with a motion sensor, because, when you are inside the shower, it can't really detect that you are there so the light would turn off in the middle of showering.

The location is absolutely superb. Very close to Central Park and Museum of Natural History + easy access to transit options, mainly subway. The bed was also quite comfortable and the staff was super nice overall. Can't complain about the wi-fi either.

The hotel is located in a good spot. It is a short train ride away from some of the major attractions you would want to visit including Times Square and Broadway. The room was well-designed and organized. It had a breathtaking window view of the river. The bed and amenities were good

The location is great, near the beautiful park; the area is calm and clean, one of the best areas in Manhattan, really. The room is small but has everything essential in it. It is very good price for a clean room, nice service, and a great area!

The location of the hotel is very good. few minutes walk to the subway station and a short ride brings you to Times square area. The room was very comfort and clean with a great view.

The room is tiny, but i think that‘s the price-quality in NYC.

It is new and modern, also clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. Free coffee and tea in the lobby area is good. Location is good, walkable to the Central Park, and many restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood. Also close to subway station (red, Line 1), that goes straight to Times Square, and South ferry (station near the ferry to Liberty island).

the AC thermostat was set to french. was a little annoying to figure out how to set it to AC. but once i did, temperature was great.

I often view a hotel as just a bed. I lived in nyc for 20 yrs, so this hotel being cheaper, and on the upper west side. AND being basically small/compact weren't an issue. bed was comfortable, had a shower/bed/toilet, was quiet when sleeping. To me this is the perfect hotel. It was a small room, but perfect for my needs and expectations. would stay there again.

Check in was wonderful. We arrived early and Joanna was kind enough to check us in without additional charge. The room was small but very thoughtfully arranged to provide us with all the space we needed. The room was also very quiet.

Can be slightly noisy if your room is near the elevator and you’re a light sleeper (you can here the elevator “ding” sound quite clear)

We didn't find anything we didn't like.

The position of the hotel is great. near to the park, near to the Hudson River and just two blocks from subway station. The place is really quiet. Room was small but there was everything we needed. Plus nice view. There was coffee and Tee in the lobby for whole day. Stuff was great and helpful. Great place to stay if you are visiting New York and you need the place to sleep over and stay a couple of nights. You will not make a mistake if you choose this hotel.

Stuff is very friendly. They let us check-in 1.5 hour earlier without additional charge. Room is very small, with bunk beds, but had an amazing view from the 16th floor. Also, good location, nearby subway station and walkable distance to Central park.
