Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Canadalack of storage in the room (minimalist decor), pool areas not cleaned well overnight; garbage cans not emptied pool chairs and drink tables dirty, pool deck area dirty with spilled drinks/food, paid for 3 people in room but only got coffee and water for 2; although this is part of resort fee; doesn't make sense to only get 2 when more people in room. crazy busy pool area on weekend but peaceful and relaxing from Sunday onwards. Kind of far to walk to Downtown palm springs
Room was big with two king beds, and coffee maker and fridge. Nice to have three pools and two pool areas to go to. meals in restaurant onsite were good. Pretty landscaping on grounds. Liked the overall decor and theme. Nice to have 7-11 across the street and liquor store a block away. Some good restaurants nearby too.

AustraliaThere were no cups or glasses in the room- Covid is no longer an issue and paper cups are unacceptable. Being from Australia, I would like a kettle to make tea. I hated the cheap plastic cups for drinks around the pool - please use reusable drink ware and no plastic straws!! The cafe around the main pool was disappointing with little ambience.
Bed was very comfortable and spacious. Appreciated the water. Main pool area was good. The fire pits were great.

CanadaThe rooms are getting older. We were on the second floor near the stairwell. The door to the stairs absolutely slams very loudly every time it is used. It was so loud it would wake a person up at night. Need to put a soft close on the door.

MexicoThe pool that was near to my room was closed for an private party almost empty so we had to use the main pool that was overcrowded and impossible to get a pool bed. If you wanted a drink at the pool bar you had to wait a lot.
It is located close to the main street, the room was normal, the shower was great. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and parking was easy.

Large resort with lots of amenities (pools, bars, restaurants, spa). It was spring break so lots of families at resort. Comfortable mattresses, nice facilities and relaxed vibe. We used this as our base to explore Joshua Tree, visit towns in the valley and go road biking.

We received an upgrade to a nicer room which was great. Great pool and room faces a courtyard allowing you to sit outside. Cleaning staff seemed a little overwhelmed, but were nice when you asked for anything.

Great sized room - like an apartment - two big TV’s with queen size bed! Two good sized pools. Happy hour around the pool 3-4 and then in the inside bare 4.30 till 6pm! Free bike hire and free parking for hire car! Great atmosphere all around. Definitely recommend
