Every thing. I did not book a smoking room and was told I had to take it.

Once we got to the hotel after driving 6 hours we dealt with a guy on the kiosk. Instantly he said we had a smoking room and that was it. We had our daughter with us and I said I didn't book a smoking room. The guy said I did. I couldn't sleep, the room was horrible. Never staying with this company ever again.

The room we stayed in had nowhere to hang your clothes, the faucet in the tub was dripping pretty bad. Tub was stained with pink, it looked like hair dye. No fan in the bathroom. We pre paid through booking.com and they charged us more when we checked in. I was told by the on site manager (Scott) that all the rooms only have double beds and that booking.com lists things the hotel has that it doesn't. I called this hotel numerous times before our trip with questions and no one ever answered but once. Just beware!

Has a small outdoor pool, bed was comfortable. About 20 minutes to Silverwood Theme Park. Very close to a variety of restaurants, drug store and shopping.

Terrible on cleanliness...moldy shower curtain, siding sloughing off the building. Noisey cleaning staff as early as 6 AM. rolling loud carts up and down the walkway while talking loudly on his cell phone as if he felt"im awake, e eryone else must be". Mostly...building is terrible and needs a TON of money thrown at it, or simply demolished.

Towels were dirty. Tub had cracks all through it. Stove was dirty in kitchen. No staff around used a kiosk to check inn.

The bed had been peed in and STANK so bad it was impossible to sleep even on top of the covers facing in the other direction. There is no way the housekeeping staff could have missed this by accident.

When we were leaving an exterminator was essentially waiting for us to exit our room to speay for bugs! Anyway we slept with no problem, any bug. So i want to thing it was a routine clearance.

We did late check in (around midnight), they have 24 hour desk, no problem. Good for the price.

Totally disappointed in this place since the structure is too old and is in very poor condition. the walls on the outside are literally falling down and inside the rooms smell horrible I had to buy deodorants to disguise the smell. Unfortunately, we no longer had a last-minute option where to put our family and our vacation plans were already organized. The employees are very rude they can't even give you a welcome and no way when we told them one of the beds was broken because it seemed like they are always defensive they didn't offer even an apology they just said "well that's all there is" "Unfortunately I didn't want my family to have a hard time putting so much claim, since they didn't even want to provide at least a couple more towels since their towels are very small and they only put two per room and it was explained to them that there were more than two people in each room, so we rent three rooms with two beds for five adults and two children. Unfortunately the photographs that they put in the promotion of the hotel are very well retouched so that they look much better than reality. I hope no more people fall for this deception and fraud!!

The toilet didn’t flush. It smelled. Broken drawer,stove and door. loud on both sides of us. Second day got locked out key stopped working with our stuff inside. I’ve never been so disappointed. Can’t believe $$$ horrible!

First time using a remote check-in kiosk. Worked well, quick, efficient, simple. Food close-by. Quiet and safe area.

First room I was provided was a smoking room that was extremely foul. Another room was provided after that was non-smoking, yet smelled like cat/rat pee. After "accepting" this 2nd room, I went to dinner. Upon returning in the evening, I enter "my" room to encounter another couple checked in to the very same room laying on the bed. Thankfully, I did not leave my belongings in "my" room when leaving for dinner. I spoke to the onsite manager to get a new room who didn't think it was any concern or issue and next continuously tries give me a room with a non working tv, at the same cost. After agreeing that I would like a working tv and a clean room with no other guests, he stated he was giving me an upgraded room at no extra expense. Upon entering this "upgraded room", it was the same standard room I was supposed to have-still smelling like cat/rat feces. Worst hotel/stay I've encountered

The building was run down and in need of serious repair. The people running it are penny pinching and afraid to spend any money on repairs. The only way to fix this situation is to not stay there and when they lose it, the new owners will hopefully fix it up.

The Revival late in the Ada app because I have a service animal and there was asking what my problem was to have it and also want my paperwork for it which is illegal for them to ask

Most of the times I've stayed here they've been pretty decent
