We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

I like the fact that it's close to where my boyfriend lives and it's in my old neighborhood and I really like the manager and family, they're very polite to me.I have nothing else to say.

United States1. First thing was the roach i killed. 2. The floor was disgusting. 3. Getting stopped by police and them telling me to put a chair under the door. 4. The sheets and comforter had period blood all over it. 5. The microwave was nasty. 6. Hald drank water bottle in the fridge. 7. Sink was broken. I went to tell the owner and he sent me "to his son's down the street" after trying to argue with me that he doesn't have roaches but stopped as soon as I showed him the photo. His son's was a bit better but had a big hole in the door and the heater didn't work. My boyfriend and I froze to a point that it was warmer outside at 6:00 am then inside.

United StatesManagement was rarely there, stated they didn’t have any washcloths had to ask 4 times for towels cause I was only given two. The floors were super dirty I was barefoot and my feet were black after walking to the bathroom and back. The shower was messed up had to hold the handle in a specific position just to get hot water. Paid extra taxes on site paid almost $200 when through the website it was $176 after taxes. Room smelled like cigarettes and there was graffiti writing in the drawers and the smoke detector was ripped out.

United StatesThe night manager was very rude and didn't give me the discount t from booking .com I had to pay the whole price. Which was $125.00 there was roaches crawling all over the walls the floor it was disgusting to say the least and he would not give us our money back I highly suggest not pay for that it should be shut down by health dept.
