I didn't like nothing the man manger will just open your door come in your room and just look at you all the wife dose is yell all day.

There was nothing to like I couldn't watch tv cause they lost the remote and the ower gave me a different remote that only lets me raise the volume nothing else. Heater didn't work. Bed bugs. NASTY

The only thing that I didn't like was the fact that there's hardly any towels and wash cloth,every time I rent a room their,so I just bring my own towels so I don't have to go through the night without any.

I like the fact that it's close to where my boyfriend lives and it's in my old neighborhood and I really like the manager and family, they're very polite to me.I have nothing else to say.

The staff seem unfair and are rude. The carpet was absolutely filthy no ice machine. No washer or dryer. I was told a higher price and when I said I will just book it the lady at desk told me I can not book online so I asked her why not, her response was because u are here give me money give me money. And so I booked it anyway and she had to honor the lower price online. The day after at check out time she was very rude and unwelcoming. These people on the staff are not friendly at allm

I didn't like the cleaning lady attitude she was very rude an even threw my belongings away in the trash I was very unpleased with that .

1. First thing was the roach i killed. 2. The floor was disgusting. 3. Getting stopped by police and them telling me to put a chair under the door. 4. The sheets and comforter had period blood all over it. 5. The microwave was nasty. 6. Hald drank water bottle in the fridge. 7. Sink was broken. I went to tell the owner and he sent me "to his son's down the street" after trying to argue with me that he doesn't have roaches but stopped as soon as I showed him the photo. His son's was a bit better but had a big hole in the door and the heater didn't work. My boyfriend and I froze to a point that it was warmer outside at 6:00 am then inside.

Management was rarely there, stated they didn’t have any washcloths had to ask 4 times for towels cause I was only given two. The floors were super dirty I was barefoot and my feet were black after walking to the bathroom and back. The shower was messed up had to hold the handle in a specific position just to get hot water. Paid extra taxes on site paid almost $200 when through the website it was $176 after taxes. Room smelled like cigarettes and there was graffiti writing in the drawers and the smoke detector was ripped out.

The night manager was very rude and didn't give me the discount t from booking .com I had to pay the whole price. Which was $125.00 there was roaches crawling all over the walls the floor it was disgusting to say the least and he would not give us our money back I highly suggest not pay for that it should be shut down by health dept.
