It would’ve been even nicer than it already was, if it wasn’t for Covid. The restaurant was closed as was a lot of things in the building, but that was to be expected because of the safety measures in place.

The breakfast area was a station set up with milk & cereal, breakfast bars, fruit, juice, coffee, hard boiled eggs and pastries. We greatly appreciated having a different pick each morning.

The page should say they still do not offer dinning or bar services or real breakfast which is why I chose this property. They also need real blankets in the rooms or have them on the side inside the room.

I didn’t like the sliding door for bathroom. It didn’t close properly and there was an open crack that you could see in or out.

I reserved my room months in advance for two queen beds to be sure 2 grown adults did not get stuck together in a full size bed but after not getting sleep the first night in the room I realized the beds were indeed 2 full size beds and not queens (one bed for our daughter, one for us). I went out to the lobby to speak with the receptionist about this issue and she stated it doesnt say anywhere that I requested queen beds so I pulled up my confirmation email that clearly shows in text two queen beds. She then stated again that she does not see that on her screen and there are no queen rooms available. I went back to my room pretty upset now due to the lack of sleep and help I received. My fiance went back out to speak with her after I did to see if he could help and spoke with a manager instead who changed our room to a bigger one. The only problem was that the room was bigger but the beds were not bigger. So for our 2 night stay in this hotel me aswell as my fiance didnt not sleep well either night. But I did enjoy my stay and the hotel is very clean.

The continental breakfast. For the overnight price we paid you should have a warm breakfast as well. I stay at true blue hilton for half the price and we had a warm breakfast.

The room should have had a chair to sit in. There was only a Desk chair. I thought the price was high.

The staff was exceptional; very friendly and helpful. The lobby was bright, and clean. The bed and pillow were so very comfortable!

There was a really large carpet stain in front of our room. When I checked in the room smelled strange. Huge dumpster outside the lobby. The entire perimeter of the grounds looks like it’s abandoned. The site says that the pool at the Boston Athletic Club is available but there is no athletic club. Just a giant swamp where it used to be. Very disappointing.

The room air conditioner went bonkers at one point. Not enough light in the room.

We were impressed by the good, efficient, user-friendly design of the room. A large shower, with the control NOT under the shower head. A usable table/desk NOT blanketed by displays and brochures. A black-out curtain that worked. A guest laundry room. A friendly staff.

Had to ask for a light bulb for one lamp. Had to ask for an ice bucket probably because there are two different styles of ice makers in th building. Outside landscaping has been let go around parts of the building hidden from view. There was no notebook of services provided in the lodging or outside of the lodging.

The breakfast was a conntinental style fare. You need transportation to get to any restaurant for a meal. Saw no evidence there was a restaurant on-site.

The waffles were like the toaster ones and that was the only thing literally that I was sad about. Everything else in the breakfast was really good. I don't really have any other complaints about my stay.

I loved the decor and how beautifully everything was set. I loved my room! everything was clean and comfortable. It was modern but still felt vintage at the same time! I loved the gym and the dining hall! The breakfast would probably be better if I woke up earlier for it but it was still pretty good. We loved the coffee! The staff was very welcoming and ready to help whenever we needed. Even one of the cooks helped us when we asked what brand of coffee they used! It really was an amazing stay. It was in a really nice location too! It was quiet and peaceful.
