Way too expensive for what was presented. Hotel didn't have a clean scent mainly in the lobby area. Halls and rooms seemed dated and not overly clean. Room was small - we paid nearly $500 - in that price range it didn't compare to other local hotels that we typically stay at like the Conrad which was booked but was also less expensive. For that price it was disappointing and I wouldn't stay there again or recommend it to others. If the price matched what was presented I wouldn't have been as disappointed.

The room (1123) was outdated. The chair with ottoman had a gaping whole in the front right side of the arm rest. The wooden closet door was chiped and heavily stained. The wall above the bed frame leading toward the window was noticeable stained as well.

The staff was professional and courteous. The mattress was comfortable. Vegan meals on the menu.

Rooms are outdated. Walls are peeling and ceilings are bad in spots. Bedding was so saturated with bleach it made my skin irritated.

It needs a lot of up dates to room and hallways. Elevators were kinda scary to ride. Lots of noise and moving parts. Also the parking garage is under construction. It was scary driving through and hoping we would have a car still the next day.

The parking garage is falling apart. The extra large king room was small. Hotel only had basic cable, no pay channels. We had to pay $50 to park at the hotel. I’ve stayed at much nicer hotels for less money. In case of a fire, there is no stairwell that goes to the ground floor.

$44 parking that felt unsafe (under construction and falling apart), expensive breakfast (far from complimentary at $22/buffet and a La cart $18-20), no fan in the bathroom, expensive relative to nearby hotels so expected accommodations to be nicer, work up sore from stiff mattress.

Location good. Ladies made great omlets at breakfast. Great black out blinds. I actually slept past 7!

The ONLY resin I chose this property was the outdoor pool. However, since Sheraton doesn't bother updating it's information on line, I didn't know that the pool was closed until I arrived 😔

When we arrived, our room was filthy and the sheets were messed up. Bathroom did not look clean at all. No valet parking and the food was so expensive. Will not return to this hotel.

Unable to give room I paid extra for and booked over a month in advance told I had to book room through Marriott to have guaranteed room. How would I know to book through Marriott for a Sheraton? They do not guarantee rooms booked through booking.com will never choose this location again! Horrible ruined our trip

Location was only good thing about this hotel. Newly owned by Marriott Bonvoy, didn't get room we booked was not guaranteed. Got no sleep in bed too small. Truck didn't fit in parking and was told here are garages to drive and park.
