The bed and pillows very hard. Long Hair in shower. The room felt very wet , as if the moisture from the bathroom wasn’t being pulled out. But I believe it’s an issue with the air conditioning that’s putting moisture in the room. Possibly drawing from the vending area with the ice machine possibly. But my belongings and bedding were damp

Location not the best but the property is fenced for safety. I felt very safe when checked in and on the grounds.

The room and the grounds were very clean. Parking was available close to my room. For a person that has a disability that is important. The facilities were very comfortable. The room and bathroom looked to be newly renovated. I slept soundly and felt safe as a single woman traveling alone. The staff was courteous and responded to all my needs. Definitely would stay there again.

Had to deal with inexperienced staff through a window cashier, couldn’t enter the building and it was raining. Staff asked for additional 50$ deposit although room was prebooked online and already paid for by credit card. Locked gate entrance, security feature made it seem like unsafe area.

Check in process was a bit off-putting. Both guests had to show ID. Checkout line was slow. Location not the best. No shampoo. Human trafficking hotline number printed on all the soaps there.Good, I suppose, but a reminder that motel 6 is no longer just a clean comfortable room for the average traveler. Now, it's a magnet for the shadier underworld..

Comfy memory foam mattress. Lots of TV channels. Nice fridge and microwave in room. Gated parking and gated access to rooms. 20 minute walk to the arena, old town,.and great restaurants (but the walk requires a sense of adventure past tents and homeless groups)

I liked everything about this location.

I was able to make a last minute reservation online. In addition, I was able to walk to stores, restaurants, and other locations which was nice. The staff was very accommodating.

I didn't like staff not caring about my purse being missings wen lefted on accident at the office wen checking in. No fridge no microwave venting machine was broke.

The only two complaints I have is that the microwave was not working. The A/C. Or the heater did not work either.

I liked that it was convenient, for me to travel to the inner city. The staff was nice and courteous. The facility was nice and clean.

At times I needed to manually reconnect to the WiFi in order to regain a good connection.

I visited Sacramento for the California International Marathon (CIM) and picked this motel as a budget place to stay for the weekend. My personal priority when picking this motel was to find a place that wasn't as expensive as the options in the heart of downtown while still being reasonably close to downtown. In order to fit within my budget, I was okay with staying at a place with minimal frills. This motel had convenient access to I-5 and downtown Sacramento. Plus, its proximity to the Sacramento River Bike path made walking to downtown a reasonable option (~4 miles round trip) for me personally. I found my room to be clean and spacious with ample desk/table space and a comfortable bed. Also, I found the soundproofing for my room, which faced the freeway, to be sufficient to keep car noise to a minimum. As a less-expensive place to stay for CIM weekend, this motel met my needs well.

Room faced highway and non handicap, had a handicap room then was made to move into a non handicap room, but the room itself was good

The room smelledt of smoke and this was my first feedback. A lot of people prolly smoke here to the point that it stuck on the walls and it’s what you whiff upon entering your room especially Room 144. Nothing was done to alleviate it nor was I moved, but the staff did say they will note it. My room was close to the parking though which was great. Once I changed hotels and got home to where I’m from, I could still smell the pillows that I brought and clothes that smelledt like cigarettes that stuck on my pillow case and clothes, as well. I hope they do something about it for future travelers. Bathroom felt like a mental facility bathroom but the big space eventually grew on me and enjoyed the big space in the bathroom, still kind of creepy though.

It was close to Arco for gas and to buy convenience store items. I liked that there’s a gate to protect the cars, so you don’t have to worry about dodgy characters breaking in. Most staff members were accommodating. It was spacious and bed was soft. Had a refrigerator and a microwave. Close to Old Sacramento.

Not much to dislike for the price. Just note Motel 6s do not have shampoo and conditioner in-unit. This location can also be a little sketchy but still very close to the train station and is gated at night from the public.

Can’t beat the price for such short notice! This was the cleanest Motel 6 I’ve been in. It had all new furniture and television. Room was surprisingly clean and modern. Front desk staff was very thorough and nice.
