I wish the prices for the restaurant were a little bit cheaper! I would have like to have tried it, but it just wasn’t in our budget! Was surprised that bacon wasn’t served for breakfast on buffet.

The decorations and the History of the hotel of the owner and enjoyed the memorial park! The breakfast was delicious and fresh! Loved the actual silverware, cups plates and cloth napkins, not only with the coffee bar in room but through out food/drink services. And all employees were exceptionally friendly and helpful! Our room was very clean and comfortable, loved the little welcome note from staff.

The breakfast room experience was very uncomfortable. We stayed here last year as well and the same thing happened. Tables are set up for two. We were a family of 6 plus I am in a wheelchair. The 90 year old owner is not a friendly gentleman and he stands like a guard overseeing every little detail. Granted this is why his business is so successful but when there is a family you would think he would want to create a more pleasant environment for them as well. My husband politely asked the woman attending the breakfast room if we can move two table together and if we took two chairs we can squeeze in the 6 of us. “Oh you have to ask my boss.” He came right over and made some comments to my sister, which I never heard. She became upset and she couldn’t wait to leave. The wheelchair obviously took up a little more room than he wanted. I already positioned myself so we were careful not to block the walking area around us. From that moment the attending woman ignored us while asking other patrons if they needed anything. She isn’t a waitress but the previous morning when it was just two of us she was very helpful. She helped my husband bring me what I needed, including my coffee. It’s evident she was afraid of her boss so she kept her distance from us after that incident

The breakfast selections were adequate and the coffee was very good. We chose this location for the U at Buffalo graduation. It was a 20 minute drive and the price of our stay was much more reasonable than others.

The in room coffee maker / cups could be larger. Ther could be more accessible plugs/ ports for chargers. You have to pull the nightable away from the wall to plug in your device. The one side of the bed you have to unplug the night table lamp and the clock in order to charge your device.

The breakfast was excellent. There was something for everyone’s pallet from hot food eggs/sausage to cereal/fruits. The location of the hotel is near great shopping as well. The rooms are large.

Great parking, very nice staff, good breakfast. Staff was attentive and immediately switched our room as it smelled of cigarette smoke. We are non smokers. The room that smelled was 209. we were moved to 219 the difference was noticeably different. It smelled clean without a hint of smoke. The sink is nice to look at but poorly designed. Water went every where. We used the tub to soak before bed. It had been a very long day at the funeral pallor. it eased our physical aches and pains and probably helped to ease our minds and hearts. We hope to return for happier reasons at some point in the future. Thank you

Didn't find the nob.

The pillows.i would have enjoyed the hot tub in the room but didn't find the nob for the bubble for it .but it was great I will let people know about it.i give y'all thumbs up.
