The pictures are obviously fake . I booked specifically for the shower. On the photos the shower was more spacious, had a bench , and a detachable shower head . That’s what I NEEDED because I just had surgery . There was also no phone lines . I couldn’t call the front desk from my phone and the room phone didn’t work either . Also had what may have been a bed bug crawling ! Took a video . Didnt even bother going to complain because I was in pain and ready to go . It wasn’t 100% terrible but it wasn’t to my liking at all .

missing blankets on one of the beds, female front desk clerk had an attitude, male fdc was pretty awesome. housekeeping skipped over our rooms, even at 5pm our room was untouched, and we left around 9 am each day n returned between 5-6 p.m. outside our room in the parking lot was dog s*** (no one cleaned up after dogs), aggressive dogs were permitted on property.

I thought I was getting a deal since i am not familiar with the city, but I think I booked on the wrong side of town lol. But it's whatever nothing bad happened just location seemed sketchy.

Good deal for a nights stay if money is tight, but next time i will definitely be paying more for a hotel in a better location. Staff was cool no complaints.

The bathroom was terrible. If you're a little person, you will drown in the shower. The bathroom door wouldn't shut right, and the shower door was falling off the wall. Roaches in the room.

Could hear the noise from traffic in our room but nothing concerning. The room was a little dirty on the floor by the fridge and next to beds other than that it was ok. Pool was clean AC was cool as expected

What I did not like about the stay, it was not in a good location of San Antonio. It was right next to a river dam. The pool was open but the outdoor furniture was very poor, some of it was broken. The rooms had wood tile, no carpet. So you can see how dirty the floor still was. The bathroom looked like it had a little but of mold going on above the shower. It just didnt look nothing like the pictures online, I just know next time to pick a better location.

What I liked about my stay was the wifi access, and the ice cream vending maching.

The staff. Most Staff were unable to understand English . The breakfast was lousy . No milk or cream for 2 days. Many people live there, they got all the breakfast stuff early, with over an hour left in breakfast time, each day they had ran out of food.

Went down to breakfast and there we're little bugs around waffle maker and tried to tell person that worked there their were bugs and didn't care, all she cared about was getting to the cereal and pouring herself some and didn't bother to clean area where bugs were.

They took almost a month to give me my deposit back, actually I had to call them and ask for it, but instead of getting it back they charged me another 100 dollars. So I had to contact my bank and they settled it. Your best bet is to pay cash for your deposit

We thought we were staying in the main part of the hotel when we checked in late even after telling them we were going to be late they acted like they couldn’t give us a room and then ended up sticking us in a separate building away from the main property and it was scary. This part was very run down facing the dumpsters of a business on the other side of a fence and just scary. I felt like the stuck me where people pay by the hour.

Location was right near the military base where we were going so that was great and right off the exit ramp. Surprised that the room was a good size and fairly clean. I say that because the sheets had a couple of stains but they were clean.

The building is badly in need of repair. Even the semi-renovated room that we were in had crumbling walls and missing baseboards. The mattress was horrible and gave my husband a backache and stiff neck for days.

The selection was limited but OK.
