A few young guys partying above us, which was annoying but was extremely annoying when one of the hungover guys the next morning decided to be sick off their balcony right where our door opened up to, not the hotels fault but disappointing to say the least. Only real downside to the hotel itself is not too many restaurants near the location.

Clean comfortable and for the most part quiet. The bed and pillows were nice, huge mirror in the room came in handy since we were there for an event. Things got a little loud during check-outs and maid service but otherwise very quiet for a hotel.

It’s far away from downtown and you have to drive to get there. We are more of walkable type of people but the are is ok and it’s really good for its price.

The bed was really comfy and the amenities were nice and clean. The spa was at a perfect temperature and really big. The staff was nice and responsive.

The walls your could hear everything And the keys stop working before check out !! And the staff doesn’t like to give towels even tho we stayed for 2 nights

Wasn’t like the pictures said there would be vinyl floors Throughout mine was carpet. There was mold near the shower head said there was a garden view there was no garden said there was a private balcony but you can walk out to a cement slab

Fire alarm went off 3 or more times throughout the evening. I could not sleep. The person at the front desk lied to me and said that all of the hotels had the same problem. After checking in with other hotel guests at neighboring hotel, this was verified as being untrue.

The room was not clean. Towels for only one person and it shows in our booking there were two. But the worst part was feeling UNSAFE. There was a large party taking place across the hall from our room. We were in room 132, the party was in 131, and the two other rooms were on that side of the hall. I called the front desk at 11:30 pM to complain about the noise and feeling unsafe as there were men in the hallway drunk, being loud, and using foul language. Nothing was done. This party went on until 6 am. We checked out the following morning, and I informed the front desk about the noise and how it was NOT handled to keep other guests feeling safe. No woman should ever stay at this hotel. You are not safe! They will not take your complaint and resolve it.

The facility could have been a lot more clean. The room had ROACHES!!!! I woke up to one crawling down the wall, then went into the bathroom where there were more. I requested a new room and that room's locks on the door DID NOT WORK>requested another room, it was cool until I saw more bugs. The hallways and the stairs could use a daily vacuum, this could be the reason for the roaches. I will not stay there again.
